Introduction to the 2 characters

Me – Jo, currently 39, celebrating my 40th on this Trip
DH – Neil, 35, will help celebrate my 40th – although not allowed to drink as much as me!!!

We are now on the 2 week countdown so thought I should post our pre-trip report.

23rd & 24th August - 2 days off – mum over from Spain
25th August - My 40th Birthday Party!!
29th August - Take Taz (our boxer) to his grandparents for 2 weeks

30th August - Travel down to Gatwick staying at the Sofitel



31st August - Departure day. Arrival at POR. Dinner at Boatwrights.

1st September - Animal Kingdom & DTD, Dinner and rinks at Rainforest Cafe

2nd September - My 40th Magic Kingdom to get birthday button. Lunch ADR with Pooh & gang at Crystal Palace. Dinner ADR at Yachtsman Steakhouse

3rd September - Sea World including dining with Shamu (really looking forward to this )

4th September - Shopping & Epcot

5th September - Typhoon Lagoon. Illuminations Cruse with people we’ve met through the Dis Board

6th September - Magic Kingdom

7th September - Kennedy Space Centre

8th September - Animal Kingdom, MGM, dinner ADR at Concourse Steakhouse

9th September - Blizzard Beach & shopping

10th September - Hotel pool & Epcot

11th September - Typhoon Lagoon, shopping & dinner ADR at Narcossee’s

12th September - MGM, dinner ADR at Artist Point, DTD

13th September - Animal Kingdom & Epcot

14th September - Magic Kingdom and home


It's been great fun planning this trip - it will be interesting to see if we stick to it!
