The Disney Fanfare?

It just occurred to me that the entertainment guide for the first days of my trip should be on, and it is.

Now I spotted something that I have possibly been overlooking before.
There's an event "The Disney Fanfare" on the time guide, listed as taking place either in Central Plaza or Town Square. It's listed as "animation".

Can anybody shed some light on this one? I really never noticed it before.
