The "DIS take over Disneyland Paris SDD" thread!

Well, I start the dancing off for next week!
So next Wednesday we'll be ( that's myself, Cap'njack. and our two eldest) sitting somewhere in a bar, with Glenn (GHockley1981) and Wife Cassie, waiting for the arrival of Nikki (Scampbunny) and her 2 boys, Katrina (will insert DIS name when I remember it haha! EDIT: poppyolivia) and her family, EmmaH and her 2 girls ( and her friend and DD 1) non-member Hayley (my best friend) and her three boys (youngest has severe Autismn and this is a very special 1st trip!) and another gorgeous friend of mine, Eve!!

We start arriving Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the last ones arriving on Monday. We're all staying various times, but my Pirate and I have a fabulous 9 days in the Sequoia Lodge (with Hayley for half of the trip) and the rest of the guys are in the Cheyenne.

So here's your last warning - its going to be loud. Very loud. You have permission to high five us, though Katrina must be discouraged from licking anything other than the Castle. If you've read about our trips before, you'll now that 99% of us have all licked that giant pink building haha! Yes, there is photographic proof

So join me in dancing. And add your name if you are going to be avoiding us LOL!

And of course meeting our friends, although my Wife is still a bit concerned of meeting some proper Disney nuts and then there's Katrina!!!!

We will be there from 17/02 to 22/02 at the Santa Fe. Am a little more 'shy' in real life than on here, however........ Happy to meet up with other DIS'ers. Maybe we can find a way to easily identify each other? A ribbon on a bag or similar?

You need to take littlest bear!! Although, I've just seen your WDW ticker! Very jealous, we're hoping to take DD next year, so will be asking you for all your best tips when you get back!

Aw yeah I can't quite believe we're going! but I think I'm just as excited about DLP next year! we're hoping to go for May half term again with friends and the little bear will be almost 2 by then (the lack of flying is always a bonus too!!) She'll be 14 months when we go to WDW, not sure what to expect really as Cole was 18 months when we first went to DLP. Definitely going to be matching princess dresses for the girls though! probably won't get away with it for much longer so making the most of it

That's how I felt with this trip, DD is still into Princesses and is very keen to wear her dresses, but I do get the feeling this might be one of the last times So I've bought her and my niece matching cinderella ones to wear!

Aww I think our Munchkin might be doing it for the last time - she wants a Frozen dress so we're looking in Cité Europe on the way. But we're taking Rapunzel and possibly Tiana so if we can't find one, it's no big deal

Anyone else having trouble in deciding what to pack?? Weather is changing daily and I'm currently pulling hair out. Layers is the key right?? Doesn't look cold enough for ski wear as such, so lots of thin clothes that are easily peelable?? Or just a bellyfull of cider to keep me going??
