marcm, not to be rude, but I don't think you realize how many hours went into planning and running the Dis Amazing Race that we held on the weekend.

I spent several hours a week for the last month, and then several hours a day for the last week. Our volunteer workers also spent many hours this week getting organized.

Now that the race is over, I will be spending time with my family getting ready for Christmas. I am not interested in helping with another race until after Christmas.

I believe you need to rethink your idea, unless you are planning on doing it on a very small scale.

Totally agree with Blizzard MarcM I know you are just trying to make friends and interact with other DISers but Blizzard spent over a month and many hours getting ready for this event.

There is no way even with her help you can carry this off from today to Friday.

Also by my calculations 8 pm est is 1 AM in the UK I really do not think you will be up at that time will you?

Or did you mean 8 pm UK time in that case it would be 3 pm EST Friday here in the US not a real good time either since most kids are still in school here or just getting out and the adults are either working or picking up kids.
