SUNSCREEN, punkin. Just make sure you use plenty of sunscreen. Or "sun scream", as my kids call it.Then when I got my prescription filled the pharmacist told me to stay out of the sun, my skin will be more sensitive, and more likely to burn.... HELLO!! I am going to DL in a week!! I will be in the sun for a few days. He said to cover up... Like I am going to wear a jacket and pants or something?

oh i will so remind you too....i have to put it on all day long else i will be one uncomfortable lobster and I get bad burns plus i have aloe vera spray gel if we do get hit...im back...showers are my friend
I have a family full of pasty white people. Well, except for Alex... But he does start to get reddish after a few days. YES we sunscreen him up too!

thank god you dont live here then...i hate it too but i deal i guess...dont have much of a choice really and wouldnt you know it...its not like i can go visit andrea and escape the heat...sheesh shes worse than i am
Dh and I have talked about moving several times. Before he started really moving up at work, there wasnt much keeping us here, and we could have gone where ever. But There arent to many places like Western Washington... I love the weather, and the fact that we can get to so many places within just a couple of hours. namely though... I love the weather!!!
