did you know they have chips and salsa out everyday in Diversions? How'd we miss that? Think we can get that from room service? Hope flying regulations loosen up by the time we fly 'cuz I'm not sure I trust their salsa - kinda need that authentic type (you know, the stuff from San Diego)

What do you do with the chicken after you make stock?? The recipe says "discard all solids" but a whole chicken?? I have always made stock from the bones...but this called for a whole chicken

Chicken noodle soup!!! I bought the Barefoot Contessa's Family Style Cookbook...there are so many good things in here!! I am going to make Shrimp Scampi this week too...( i know, you no like shrimpy!)

Brag moment..Kate got her report card today..she brought her math and science B's up to A's...she got straight A's and I get to go to her Honor Roll breakfast next week (yep..gonna be late to work that day...yep..gonna be out of the office, like another person I know!!!!)
