Ugh....what an awful few days of work. Ever have a member of upper management that just had utterly unreal expectations of how things work in the real world. I've spent the last 4 work days being micro managed :sad2: :headache: :mad:

OK, Disdad's here's a question I'm sure one of you can answer easily. When I'm making ADR's do I need to account in the # of people on the reservation for my to be 1 year old who won't be eating from the menu? My DW says I do while I think that I don't.

Good question..but I would think that you would since the child would be taking up space in a high chair or carrier more than likely.

You still need to account for the seat technically speaking. I would definitley mention it.
