Just rumors. Nothing concrete.

You guys hearing rumors about something other than the old River Country site? If that's the rumor, it's been going around for a while. Though I have to say, the recent policy changes with regard to the resale market do suggest that some new Disney-originating inventory should be coming online soon.

More than just that one AJ. That's old news, honestly. Still "could" happen, but I'm not holding my breath. I think that was more of a diversion from the "real" stuff
