Last August we purchased a small BWV contract from TSS because it had everything we needed and was too good to pass up. :thumbsup2

Every part of the transaction was handled professionally and fast, from the offer made to closing, and I can't say enough good things about TSS. :yay:

We just returned from our first trip to BWV and enjoyed it so much we already decided to add another 50 points or so and we are on the mailing list of several different resale shops.

48 hours ago I called on a small SSR contract from one of the other sellers and was told I would receive the contracts that evening. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from the agent asking if I was still interested..... and I said yes.... just waiting on you to email me the paperwork and she said I'd have it very soon.

As I sit here in the office checking my email, I still haven't seen any thing from them.

So in closing...... let me again say..... "Thank you" to Jerry and every one else at TSS for the professional service you extended to me. :worship:

I think I'm going to decline the other contract..... if and when I see it.... and hold out for the right one from TSS. popcorn::

I totally agree! Although I have limited experience with it, I am very leery of using anyone but TSS for any resale transactions. They've been great to deal with and I just don't think I'd be comfortable with anyone else. :)

I bought in initially through TSS....added on 50pts direct.

Through TSS site I inquired about 2 properties last night.
Sure enough I get a call today from TSS...I think maybe Jason??? asking if he can help....and do I know about the deadline.

He advised me if I see any contracts to call....not email....they are about 100 emails behind....And he still called back very quick.

I did see a good contract somewhere else....but sometimes peace of mind is priceless.
Happy searching all

We bought our contract for OKW back when prices were sky high. We still think we did ok.

TSS did a great job and all the paperwork moved very fast.

Also, TSS main product is Disney timeshares. When you buy from them you are helping out a person you also loves Disney but has to sell. Good karma.

We also strongly recommend TSS. The customer service before, during, and after the transaction is priceless.

i have bought 4 resale timeshares. TSS was, by far, the best. They know their stuff. For DVC, I would only use them--it's not worth saving a few dollars to use someone else---and when and if I sell my contract--I will make 1 call and it will be to TSS.

We have two contracts we bought direct, then did an add-on through TSS. We were very impressed with their communication and service all through the process.

OK..... what to do..... what to do ???? :confused3

They finally sent the contracts last night and I need to make a decision. The deal is pretty sweet. ;)

55 point, SSR, June UY, 110 points coming June 01 for $60 per point. $400 Closing cost, $264 MF... total = $3948.

What do you all think ? popcorn::

Make the offer. Some of the resale companies are slow to turn around paperwork because they have to get it checked before sending it out. I did not get my paperwork until after the third call and told them i would wait on the line... They did it fast after that and all subsequent changes were made and re-emailed to me immediately. Just make the offer and let them know you are going to be a thorn in their side and they will turn around the "stuff" much faster. You can't pass up on a good deal. Good luck.

:thumbsup2Our experience with TTS has been equally good and prompt. After one purchase with them, we saw a contract we wanted through another resaler, but after about a week of delays and no response for days at a time, we cancelled the whole thing, and waited another 8 months for TTS to have the contract we wanted. I can't say thanks to one person, but that's because it seemed that several different people were keeping track of our contract. If person A was out for whatever reason, person B, C, and maybe D would be in touch with us. Things didn't stop if "The" person was out. We're just so happy we purchased with them.

The offer has been made already and accepted.

I guess you are both right. This deal is too good to pass up. :thumbsup2

I just signed and sent the contract and deposit to them. Now we wait and see if it passes ROFR. :yay:

That is where we are at also. I would wait 30 days or 3 wks from the date it went to Disney and then touch base with them. Maybe if you keep in touch they will light a fire under the closing people... Ours should go to Disney next week and then we will touch base every week after two weeks. They wanted another 30 days after Disney to have the closing and we don't plan to give them it. We want to use the banked 2010 points that are part of the add-on for this Christmas... I have not heard of Disney ROFRing any SSR contracts recently so you should be ok. Let us know how you make out. I'm hoping for you. :thumbsup2

I am just becoming a member with my first contract and TSS has been great. I did my research and knew what I wanted when I found a contract through TSS. I received a call the morning after I put a request for info online. During my first phone call I placed an offer and that afternoon my offer was accepted and the paperwork was emailed to me. The next morning the paperwork was faxed to TSS and Disney and I mailed the 10% check to the closing company. Just heard from Disney about ROFR on the 30th day and will hopefully close very soon.

Thanks TSS

I have used two other brokers with mixed results-one good, one so-so at best. I tried to use a third one but was told I wasn't serious with my offer. Funny how a similar offer with a different broker was accepted by the seller. I guess her commission was not as much with my counter offer! :lmao: I would LOVE to use TSS for an add-on I'm trying to get now but when I see a contract I like, when I call, it is already taken. :confused3 Oh well, I'll keep trying.
