The dealbreaker

For me it is 1)Weather and 2)crowds 3) What price season it is (value, peak, etc. This pretty much goes hand in hand with #2, though). There are times in December when I think it is too hot, so I can't imagine going in the summer! And I've gotten to the point where I'll only plan trips for dates that fall on the "Least crowded times to go" lists- I went during Pres. Week this year, and eep! Won't do that again! I've gotten way too spoiled by value season!

Dh is adamant about not going June, July, August or Sept, it is just too hot and crowded for him. Plus you get the singing tour groups and they give me a headache.

Weather and crowd levels are ours, we prefer the late fall and early winter for those reasons. I'd never go in the summer or over a holiday period in a million years.

It's always been my Disney rule...never to go in the summer or holidays. Next month is breaking my Disney rule all to pieces. My niece talked me into going to DLR, how can you turn down a 5 yr old. princess: Then I'm home for 2 days and leave for a conference at WDW. I don't like crowds or heat. :crazy2: :earseek: I'll just have to make the best of it. Hopefully I won't melt like the wicked witch.

we have to stay during value season...in a resort that is on the monorail....
we'll take the rain-gotta love gortex! but there arent are many people in the parks either

Deal breaker - Not getting AP or FL Res discount rates when not staying on DVC points.

I'm a teacher, so I go either in the summer or right around Christmas, preferably both!
