Just because your prego .... I requested my #1 before Skunka left the house, you can't tell Marti she's your fav and take my FedEx'd food lady. Prgo or not. :rotfl2:

Well, if Marti doesn't remember what she's my "favorite," then you get the honors Paula. ;) :teeth:

I'll definitely have a drink. But I still have a million pages to catch up on first.
This is a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong thread but not a million pages. Although the longer it takes you to find the milestone the more pages you'll have to catch up on.

This made me think of you, Denise. I just saw a thing on the news about a family from New Brunswick, NJ. They have two year old triplets, they just had another set of triplets. Both sets were both conceived naturally. Those parents have my kudos.

Yikes. One set is enough for me. That's why I had a tubal during my c-section. Ours were conceived naturally too. Didn't want to take a chance as we had a really good chance of having multiples again. I lost b/g twins during my 2nd pg, so we knew better than to tempt fate!

Theresa -- tell Cassidy congrats from me on her band's accomplishments. That is terrific!

Jennifer -- thanks for the link to the furniture... fun to look through!

I have a proud Mom moment to share too. As you know, Kristin (DD19) is a theatre performance major in college. Every spring the entire department is required to audition for the following semester's Main Stage productions. This is a highly competitive time as they only do 4 shows a year on that stage and there are about 150 performance majors vying for those casts.

The plays being produced next semester are "The Nerd" (a comedy) and "Medea" (... not a comedy ;) )

Kristin assumed that if she was to be cast she would win a role in the comedy since that is one of her strengths. Well... guess what... ::yes:: ... you got it... she is in "Medea." She was cast as one of the Chorus.

The director is a Visiting Artist from the Royal Shakespeare Company who is quite young and a little out of the box, so Kristin is more enamored with the production now. The callbacks were rigorous and she is fascinated by the tack this director is taking so far. The role of Medea will be played by a very talented hearing impared grad student. She will sign her lines and they will be interpreted in the spoken word. I cannot wait to see it!

I am so proud of Kristin and her hard work to get this part and am looking forward to watching her grow as an actor through this new opportunity. If I could, I would buy all the available tickets and invite you all to Tammi's house to stay so you could be there for opening night.... :rotfl2:
:cheer2: Congratulations that's quite an accomplishment. I read Medea once long ago isn't it a tragedy?

Here's my disclaimer:

I did it, I meant to do it, and I could care less what they write...
Amen! And that's why we all love you!

I was hoping to be around for the milestone tonight but things are too slow. I better head off to bed. I have to be up at 4:30 in the morning to be to a meeting in Marquette. Good night DDA friends. Congrats to whoever gets the milestone.

Night! Have a safe trip.

Amy :)

I would love to be a favorite, last night Becky was my best friend.

There have now been over 150 posts since Denise got the milestone and she still hasn't noticed. Skunka may be back from TB before she does.

Can someone please tell Matthew to stop giving me heartburn EVERY night?!!

Thank you,
Amy :)

Are you propping up on pillows? Milk is good with a protein snack to help relieve heartburn at night. And there are Rx meds available safe during pg.
