Thanks for noticing Denise!!!! I think positive reinforcement is really helpful!!!

I am not a good dieter, I can't stand to eat things that are low fat or fat free, I have never had to diet in my life until about 2 years ago. I think that that is why I don't know how to eat right. After I had Carli I was the thinnest I had ever been, I don't know why I started to gain weight but I just could not get motivated to take it off.

We are going on vacation w/DH's whole family in June and I am just sick of not looking good in any of my clothes or pictures. I got super motivated and saw a difference pretty quickly and that motivated me even more. I also ordered 3 new bathing suits that I LOVE and I so want to look nice in them at our new pool!!!

I am a Coke addict, I lived on Coke. I have totally given up Coke (unless we are out to eat, I'm not that good yet). I am drinking about 8 16 oz bottles of water a day or more, I think that is the biggest thing I am doing. I am also cutting back on snacking and eating MUCH smaller portions. I am also limiting our eating out. It doesn't sound like a lot but I think it is helping a ton. The more I lose the more I am scrutinizing what I am eating. I really need to start walking in the evening too, but I hate to walk alone. I am also trying to keep as motivated as possible and to do as much around the house so that I can keep my mind off of food and try to do things that will burn those calories!!!

I'm not talking Podcasts that were released over the course of 6 days... I'm talking 24 hours x 6.6 = the amount of material new to my iTunes

I just realized I am over 500 posts!!!!!

I think at least 450 of those are on here, and at least 400 are from the last month, that's big considering I went over a year without breaking 50 on the DIS!!! YAY 500

Rees' appt with the GI doctor is tomorrow at 12:15pm EST. We'll talk about everything and try to figure out the best course of action to take. I'm hoping the doctor has decided what test to order so we can see about the Fundo and surgery. Rees did reflux tonight again (not as bad). He cried at the end of school today as he was stressing out over going to the doctor tomorrow.

One of the women I teach with (actually she is BK's teacher) is watching Davis and Brantley-Kate for me. John will meet us at the doctor. So if y'all can spare some prayers for him, I'd appreciate it.

I'll say an extra prayer specifically then!

The Vaio is what I just got and I love it. Of course, I've only had it for a week and a half.

We love it, it is the 17in screen so a bit big and heavy, we have taken it one trips, the kids watched movies on it and it is well used with me on the Disboards.

I had Nick on August 21 but his due date was Sept. 1 -

I found out I was pregnant on Christmas Eve

I found out the day after Christmas. I'm due Sept. 3rd but we're scheduling the section ahead of that. The earliest I can schedule is August 28th, but Christopher was 12 days early, so this one might come early too.

I waited - my sister had a baby the next day -

I wrapped up the test and gave it to Steve before we went to his parents house for dinner that night - I had been pretty sick for about 2 weeks and decided that I was either pregnant or needed to go to the doctor - I must have had morning sickness from the second i got pg with him - but I never had it as bad as it was with Julia

My parents were driving from my sister's house in Denver a few weeks later so I waited until they got here to tell - I did tell my sister b/c she called and point blank asked me - she said - if you are pregnant I will send my maternity clothes with mom - if not I will wait and bring them in the summer - I told her it would be best to send them - so she was the first to know other than Steve

That's funny. I found out the day after Christmas I was pregnant. I suspected on Christmas with my family, but we couldn't go get a pg test. John went out at 7am the next day and bought a test. We found out on his b'day that it was triplets (Jan 9). Best Christmas ever and what a way to bring in New Years 2000!
