I think the snow globes are pretty...but I don't own any either...guess I am not really a knick-knack-chick. Although I do have 2 Lladros & 2 Hummels...pretty much my limit

I've returned from shopping. I was quite successful. Due to all the talk of Panera recently, I had to stop there for dinner. I had the Cheddar & Broccoli soup with a Sierra Turkey sandwich. Yummy!

Did you have the soup in a bread bowl, Vicki? If so, you had my favorite meal there! Love both of those things.... :goodvibes

After getting back on the Wonder I got a shower and changed. At this point I realized the back of my upper legs were pink. I guess I should have put more sunscreen on or left my shorts on while snorkeling.

I relaxed a bit and then headed to the Til We Meet Again show.

Jeremy is back and upset that he has to get off tomorrow

They flashbacked through all the shows we saw onboard

I hope you feel better in the morning, Bernadette. I would have loved to go shopping with you as you hit many of my favorites!

BTW - do we get to see pictures of your new haircut? ;)

I found out tonight that my parents will be coming down here for Christmas. They will arrive on the 21st and stay until the 28th. So that means I will have to cook! YIKES!

I was out all day, just got home at 7. I was able to buy some earrings and a necklace for stocking stuffers for Alyssa and got Nicholas a DS game. I bought my mom a sweater, but I still want to buy her some new steak knives. Need to get my dad some shirts too. I would tell you what I got Bob, but I have caught him reading this thread. ;)

I think we will give BAB GC to the kids as our gift to them (mine to his DD and his to my kids) and take them all together to get their bears. I think they will enjoy that.

sounds like a very productive day!!

Elin-how difficult would it be for me to make something like this? With 3 strands? I would imagine the "parts" would be a lot less than $37/strand. I've seen them for even more money elsewhere. This is the place I bought the silicone bracelets from.

The link took me to bracelets that have one strand. Is that what you wanted me to look at? Are you wanting to make one of those with three strands instead of 1? There are cones you can get to cover where they come together at the clasps too. But they might look a little "hefty" with three strands... not sure. You certainly can do it though, Bernadette. Let me know if I have misread your question!

We don't eat a lot of soup but the girls love the soup there....maybe that's where we'll eat Christmas Eve:thumbsup2

I did buy the case for my camera but no special bag. I don't have an external flash. I don't use the case in the parks. I have batteries and memory in my fanny pack or backpack and gorilla pod in the back pack too. I did buy a nice padded strap so I could just wear the camera all the time. I looked everywhere for a nice strap at Disney the first trip with the camera as the one that came with the camera was killing me. I couldn't find one but saw one in November. I didn't buy it but am still thinking about it. It had Mickey "parts" on it.:)

How many lenses does he have for it? $$$$$$$$

He has 2 lenses. And it came with a strap. We have several bags, but those won't do, apparently. I bought hime a Samsonite case at Ross but he doesn't like it. So whatever. He is NOT getting an external flash anytime soon!

I'm glad it finally showed up. It's those little things that make new appliances exciting! :goodvibes

Janet, yay for the new washer!

You sound like my mother! :rotfl: We couldn't have knicknacky things because they were "just something else that needed to be dusted."

We have almost 100 framed photos of DS around the house. I counted one day.;) Really, I have PLENTY of stuff to dust!:rotfl:

im watching too! havent watched in a c ouple weeks due to football, but remembered to watch tonight

OMG! Housewives is SOOOO good!!

I found out tonight that my parents will be coming down here for Christmas. They will arrive on the 21st and stay until the 28th.

That's great!!:goodvibes
