Did you get the elf costume for him from Michael's? I haven't had a chance to try it on Nicky but I'm hoping he can wear it to Disney for Christmas. Last year, he wore his Santa suit and got lots of compliments. He wanted a change this year. I think I may have to make some alterations so that it fits better (it looks a little large) but I can handle those changes.

Yes I did!!! it is just the cutest. I also found a reindeer and snowman one and will dress him in one a week to show all the seniors. I am sure I will have to make alterations too, but will do those after the new year.

Well, I put up another tree in the kitchen this morning. Then I copied the photopass CD and burned LightScribe copies with a picture of the Castle on it for my brother and sister. Did the grocery shopping, including the stuff I will need to make some of the cookies and Snax mix. Put away all the fall decor and put out all the Christmas stuff so now I am eating lunch and catching up on here. Then I need to get ready for myHoliday Concert for tonight!

We don't have one here in Fredericksburg. And we are a pretty metropolitan area midway between DC and Richmond.

I was going to say you must be too metropolitan but then read Kristine's post so that can't be the case.

Well, I put up another tree in the kitchen this morning. Then I copied the photopass CD and burned LightScribe copies with a picture of the Castle on it for my brother and sister. Did the grocery shopping, including the stuff I will need to make some of the cookies and Snax mix. Put away all the fall decor and put out all the Christmas stuff so now I am eating lunch and catching up on here. Then I need to get ready for myHoliday Concert for tonight!

I am not doing much today... i am researching for the new york day trip..anbd talking to my cousin about what else she wants to do while she is here...its nice having something to look forward to, as im not looking forward to christmas

Well I didn't bother to turn on the tv. Instead I washed a few dishes, including tearing apart the deep fryer and giving it a good scrubbing.

Then I looked at the sale fliers in today's paper and went through the coupons.

After that I typed up our ADR's for January, talked with John and decided that lunch at 1:00, then dinner at 6:15 was not going to work out, so cancelled CP. Will just have to wait for next time, but will be a definite do.

Yes Chuckie loves it too. He asked me to take him to A C Moore and Michaels afterward. I am so happy I did, because I found some cute things for him. I will take pictures of him in the outfits this week and post them.

I really do love the car, the way it handles, the excellent stereo system, the leather seats. I could go on and on. Yesterday while I was out and about, the outside temp guage kept changing from the temp to ICE. I wonder if it will say Snow when that happens?

No, it can't actually determine what the weather is doing. It is warning you that there is the potential for ice on the roads.

My Pal should get some new outfits but probably won't be. I have a holiday outfit here somewhere, but at this point I couldn't tell you where.

You were so productive today! I, on the other hand, have done NOTHING except nap and watch TV. I've also been scouring the internet for airfare... more on that later.

I'm actually feeling much better, it had gotten to the point where I didn't even want to get out of bed on my day off. Well today I'm up, we've been shopping, my Christmas cards should be in the mail by tomorrow or the next day. My pasta is cooling for our pasta salad, I've made a few trial chocolate covered pretzel sticks, and I'm going to make some carrot cake cookies in a little while and give them a trial run. My co-workers are my taste testers, so we'll see how they like those.

Thanks to Kristine I gave the Sam-E a try, and I feel almost like a different person, only problem is I developed a horrendous headache, I'm not sure if it was a side effect or not, I didn't take the Sam-E yesterday or this morning and the headache is gone, I guess the only way I'll know if it was the cause is to try it again.

I just didn't "get" the one tree, guess I'm just not into Conceptual Art.

I got my luggage the other day & I love it! The color is much darker than shown on the website, Gary even likes the color

So it turns out Kyle can come with me on my trip. I would have bought airfare for him in an instant - even at risk of cancellation - if we would have thought there would be ANY chance. However, he never gets 2 days off in a row while on medicine in the winter, let alone 2 on a weekend AND the weekend I'm booked to travel. Now, of course airfare is completely prohibitive. I know I'm nuts for complaining since I will be at WDW, but we NEVER get to see one another ... and I would almost just as soon not go at all than go knowing he could go if we could only find airfare.

As I was typing my last reply, I got a ding -- and it included CMH to MCO! However, it looks like they are all past our dates now, and starting with travel beginning next week. I'm thinking the chances look slim, which makes me a little unsure about my trip....

ETA: I'm sorry to complain when I know many of you want to go to WDW for the holidays. I'm sure I'm just hormonal or something, but I'm a complete mess about this stupid situation! Ugh!
