Yay for Rees going home!!:cool1:

Janet - We've never been to GF Cafe, so I don't have any insight there. The Tusker breakfast looks like it will be similar to Boma.

Robyn - I hope Emma has fun! It was nice of Eric's dad to invite her along. We usually buy the big bag of Starbucks Breakfast Blend at Sam's, but if they are out we usually buy a smaller bag at the grocery store or at an actual Starbucks. The Dunkin' coffee is a much more affordable alternative!

I am getting progressively more congested. I told DH my head feels like it is full of wet concrete. Other than going to the grocery I didn't accomplish anything today. Brother & Sister have their birthday party tomorrow. We will stop in for awhile but I don't think I will be able to handle the whole 2 hours.:scared:

I have eaten lunch there & it was very good! I am leaning towards cancelling the dinner though. We can always try it next time :thumbsup2

Hope you are feeling better soon :wizard:

So, here are our tentative plans for our tentative trip in May. Anything I seem to be missing/messing up?

Tues 5/13 - Arrive, maybe DTD - dinner 'Ohana
Wed 5/14 - MK, Epcot, Illuminations - dinner Garden Grill
Thurs 5/15 (my birthday) - Epcot, Studios, Fantasmic - dinner Sci Fi
Fri 5/16 - MK, P&PP (assuming it happens) - dinner Chef Mickey's
Sat 5/17 - sleep in, Epcot, Illuminations - dinner Whispering Canyon
Sun 5/18 - AK, possibly mini-golf or DTD - breakfast Tusker House
Mon 5/19 (our anniversary) - Epcot, MK, Spectro, Wishes - lunch/dinner undecided, I have it down to LeCellier, Coral Reef or Rose&Crown
Tues 5/20 - Studios, Fantasmic - breakfast/lunch Hollywood & Vine
Wed 5/21 - MK, depart - maybe breakfast Crystal Palace

We may not do the nighttime shows/fireworks twice, but then we often do as well. Breaks will probably be worked in most days.

Jen, I'm sorry to hear your grandpa is deteriorating so quickly :( I pray that your family can find some peace in the coming days! I'm also glad you met with the lady from hospice, and that you all seem to like her.

Happy Birthday, Colby!

Happy Birthday, Chris!

Happy Birthday, Stephanie's DGS!

Mickey has a little something for each of you...

too cute!! So I am scraplifting!!

I hope you all are doing well! Sorry to pop in and out, but this weekend is so busy! We had people over today for the big game (Hooray Bucks! ) and then when they left, I was supposed to decorate for Christmas. Well, instead we bought a car. :rotfl: I'm not sure when I'll get to decorate though, and it's completely throwing me in a panic. Mostly just for stupid reasons to pout.... "I NEVER decorate "so late" (close to Thanksgiving". Oh, well. A car is a nice consolation price I suppose ;) and it's a beauty!

Tomorrow, I'm singing at this big combined church service in the area, and then rushing from there to the Bengals game with Kyle. My poor husband, he's doing all of these things on about 2 hours of sleep at a time. :flower3:

Maybe I'll decorate tomorrow evening....... :confused3 We'll see.

Have a great Sunday!

Well, despite the pie being WAY more labor intensive than I bargained for it is out of the oven and cool now. I forgot to turn it while it was baking, though, so it might be "uneven". The kitchen is so NOT my domain.

So we have had the discussion before about us not having a Dunkin' Donuts anywhere around. I had never tasted their coffee before. I bought a bag of the coffee at Target because I had a coupon. We ran out of Starbucks, so DH has been using the Dunkin' coffee and I never even noticed. It's pretty good!
I prefer DD over Starbucks. :coffee:

3 things: 5/16 make sure your dinner at CMs is early. You don't want to be stuck outside waiting in line to go to the party because the lines for things INSIDE the party build very, very quickly. Whenever we do a party at MK we eat inside the park and make sure we are finished by 6:30 PM.

5/17 - It is a BIG pain in the tushy to get to Whispering Canyon from Epcot and back again. Unless you are staying at WL and eating dinner after your midday break it really doesn't seem worth it. Trust me, going on the Disney bus between WL & Epcot is SLOW and painful.

5/19 - Again, do NOT cut it close with travel time to get to MK for Spectro. If they are running P&PP other nights then Spectro will be PACKED. We learned that the hard way. We ate at Concourse Steakhouse and got to MK about an hour before the parade. Main St. was nose-to-tail.:scared1:

so what is everyone up to tonight
myBob and his dd just left. We had a fun day bowling and playing in the arcade. Then we went to Cracker Barrel for dinner. That's her favorite place. They brought her out an ice cream sundae and had the whole restaurant sing happy bday to her. She turned beet red. Then we came back to my house and opened presents. The kids and I got her the Hannah Montana Dance Along, and boy was that fun. The 4 of us were "rocking out the show" while myBob was a couch potato. I have some pictures that I will upload later. Then we had cake and ice cream and they left. I just got my kids into bed. Nicholas has come down with a head cold. He was up at 2AM this morning complaining that he couldn't breath. I gave him some decongestant, but it didn't last long. He was up again at 6:45, so he is one tired puppy. I hope he kicks it quick and that Alyssa and I don't get it.

As a reward for doing so well in school so far we took the kids to a surprise visit to Chuck E Cheese today. When we pulled up & realized where we were going they went nuts! We haven't been there in over a year so the kids were very happy. Sophie hit some bonus thing & won 216 tickets.

When we got home the kids played & I started reading the cruise book Lindsay sent me (thanks again Lindsay!!!!) & it is very helpful. I no nothing of cruising & I needed to sit my butt down & start reading. I am getting more & more excited. We decided to stay at the Port when we arrive fri eve & spend Saturday at the space center. Dana is into all that learning stuff so it should make him happy!:rotfl2: :lmao: I just want to see Mickey.

Only Starbucks for me...I like my coffee like my man....strong, dark, & bitter.

Congrats on the new car. What did you get?

I'm planning on putting our tree up on Friday. We are never home over Thanksgiving weekend (we've always been at my parents), so I'm going to take advantage of the long weekend and get things up early.
