OMG, well you read my trip report (or should I say what's written of...). They did something wrong with the dining assignments!

The news on Jessie is bittersweet. She seems to be stable and is sedated for pain. She only has one break, but it's in a very bad area so the word lame came up. At that point I think I panicked. They are letting her "chill", as they put it and rehydrating her, since she layed in the yard for a while before I heard her (and we had 105 heat index today). They are going to set it and splint it in the morning and see how she does. There isn't enough bone left by the break (part of it was shaved off) to pin it.

She will have to be an indoor cat for the next 6 - 8 weeks, if not for the rest of her life. I asked if she would ever be able to walk, and they said they hope she will. This is about to bring major changes to my family. I've never had an indoor cat, as I'm terribly allergic (and I think both boys are as well) and my DH and I both work full time out of the house, although I occasionally work from home. I guess I'm going to work from home for a few days, take my mom up on her offer to help, and possibly take Jessie to work with me.

Even though I know it was an accident, I'm having a hard time with it.

Thanks, everyone, for your good thoughts and prayers. It means a lot!

:grouphug: I'm sorry the news wasn't better. :grouphug:

Looks delicious!!!! The only change I would make is making Liberty Tree Tavern earlier if they have it. Otherwise, everything looks great!
I wanted 5p.m. and he said this is the earliest he had.

I have a HELP?!? question for those with fast internet.
I still have dial up.
Apparently HHN's prices came out. So I go to the HHN website and it's taking forever to load and when it's done, it's STILL not giving me the option to buy tickets. So I go to my trusty backup: the UO TA site. It's telling me that FOTL access for HHN is $53.25 PER PERSON?! (Heck, their ticket to get into the place is only 63.85 per person..Like two hockey sticks I'm paying that to get to the line faster!) If I remember correctly, it should be that price for two people. And now the main offices are closed. Is someone able to venture over to the HHN site and see if it'll load for you and get me some prices?

I have 3 cats Marci and let me tell you, they are resilient. We have a 3 story house. Their litter box is in the basement. One of my cats had to have surgery on her rear leg for a knee injury. They sent her home with the one leg in a soft cast, telling me to try to keep her quiet. Have you ever tried to keep a cat quiet? They have a mind of their own, go where they want to go, and do what they want to do. She was jumping and going up and down the steps after a day or so. Even if her leg ends up being lame, she will learn to walk, run and jump with the other three. The hardest thing for her will be staying indoors now. As far as the allergies go, I can't help you with that. Maybe someone else has some advice? Sorry.

Is this what you are looking for?

I'm looking for the FOTL access that's specific for Halloween Horror Nights...my site is giving me a cost of $53 per person which CAN'T be right...I just want to verify the price before I call at 8am tomorrow to throw a hissie for the TA site being wrong.

ETA: Yep that's what I'm looking for. What's the cost for Oct 6th? (Peak date).

Coming into work, who knew that everytime I would look at MTM's outfit, I would feel even 10 degrees hotter! Our air conditioning is on the brink and right now who knows how long it will take to fix. I am in a very small office with one other person and we just finally got a vent in there, but with no air at all, it is very close and hot. Today it was almost 90 in there. Fans just were not doing the trick. I told Stephanie that I was going to wear shorts and a skinny strap shirt tomorrow :rotfl2:  Hey it is the Minnie shirt with the american flag on it :lmao: :lmao:
Here is Thomas ready for the links

Looks like the regular event tickets are $59.99 plus tax. There are two prices for the Express Pass depending on the date. It is $30 (plus tax I assume) for September 29, October 8, 11, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29 and 31, 2006. It is $50 for September 30, October 6, 12, 13, 20 and 27, 2006.

It seems like the pass is for one person. Here is the wording:
"Maximize your experience at Halloween Horror Nights 16 with a Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass, which provides shorter wait times at participating attractions and ALL haunted houses! (Valid for one [1] use per accessible attraction, per one [1] guest.) "

In all seriousness, I honestly don't know what I would do without ANY of you! I was thinking about it today, and I feel closer to you guys than I do to most of my neighbors and family members as well. There's something about having common interests that has really bonded us as a group, I think. I just feel so comfortable talking to all of you!

I am just so excited for the DL meet and the half marathon where I am going to be able to finally meet some of you! That will be the highlight for me! Alan told me the other day that he's so glad I have this group, as I'm happier than he's seen me in a long time. I told him that I get unconditional support from you guys and that means the world to me! So THANKS, ONE AND ALL!
Glynis - what thrills me is that we have been through milestones together, and not just the post count milestones. We've been through your surgery and weight loss, Denise's scare with Rees, Jo's divorce, Amy and Dawn's pregnancies, my homelife troubles, too many deaths, sicknesses and injuries to count, Kate's scare with Nick. I could go on and on. We've all been there together and seen each other through, good and bad. Oh crap, I'm getting teary just thinking about it. We are bound by something, I'm not sure what, but it all started because of our love of Disney, and grew into something wonderful!

I will be on Main Street cheering (in spirit)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really wish I could be there to cheer you on in person. What a journey that will represent!

We were there two years ago when they held the Danskin Women's Triathlon. We went to MK early to cheer on the runners as they came in. It was very exciting and moving for me even as a spectator.

Beth

And I will be appreciating it!

Oh my, we really need to help Alan don't we. You'd need a week to do even a half day at each patk. Make sure you get the best taste in your two days so he'll get you all back there ASAP! :thumbsup2

That's my plan! Get him so jazzed that he'll want to come back!

I do have some encouraging news, though. The house that we are renting is apparently such a good deal, that Alan wants to let my dad know about it and suggest doing WDW for our next big family outing instead of DL. Our entire extended family would fit in 2 houses and it would be cheaper than the hotel at DL. Maybe there's hope for Alan, yet!

I had to share these. These are Brian's Buddies. They are being made in honor of Brian Montgomery, who passed away in April. All the proceeds go to the Brain Tumor Society. I just had to share the picture...if anyone is interested in these, just let me know. I'm waiting on the info from the mom.
