I'd like to read your beach trip report! I predict there'll be no rain on the day you arrive. Maybe a few light showers in the morning, but they'll pass by the time you get there.

I'm sure!! I haven't been to the beach in about 5 or 6 years. I would be sooooooooooo excited to go too! I can't wait until Chris retires so I can just live in Florida. That's the plan, he retires and we move so he can work at WDW. Only another 25 or 30 years till that happens though.



It's only a 50% chance of rain that day. Maybe it will be over by the time y'all get down there. The weather for the rest of the time looks great though!!

Retiring at Disney sounds GREAT!!!! I'm hoping the rain stops before we get there!

Of course we want to read all about your trip to the beach!! I hope the weather forecast is wrong and you have nice sunny days every day.



When we lived in New Orleans we would go maybe once during the summer but we haven't been in a while. My inlaws live about an hour from B.R and we are going to spend a few days there this summer. I was just thinking about maybe going to Blue Bayou one day when we were there but I don't know if we will. .. Maybe we will just skip the inlaws and head to the beach

Here's the cast for the Panama City Beach trip....Me, Darren, my brother Joe, his wife Blair, and their son Logan will all be driving down this Saturday. My dad's going to fly my mom and himself down probably Wednesday to spend the rest of the week with us, and ride back home with us.

Me and Darren...I HAVE to post a picture because I'm not sure y'all know what we look like yet (Darren can never look normal in pictures. He always has to make some weird face )

Joe, Blair, and little Monkey Logan:

My mom (This is one of the ONLY pictures I have of her. She'd rather cut off a limb than take a picture)

My dad (This is what he normally looks like. I wish he wouldn't have shaved for my wedding! Unlike my mom, he loves to be in pictures lol)

And finally this little cutie. He's 9 months, this is his first vacation! I think he's going to love the beach.

I don't know about MNSSHP tickets but when we bought our MVMCP tickets we bought them in November and we went in December. I also don't know about attendance levels but I would imagine you would be ok for a while.

Have fun at the beach! I haven't been to a real ocean beach in forever. I seriously can't remember when! The only beaches around here are lake beaches and those just don't cut it! You should see what's floating around and living on the bottom

Logan will have a blast. Should we make a bet to see how much sand he eats?

Thanks! He just had those taken a couple of weeks ago. The day of the Strawberry Festival parade actually. He was trying to steal him some apples out of the bucket!

Sorry I've been absent forever. Just finished my last final so now i've got a full 10 days of attention devoted to the Dis! I love the "cast of character" that little boy is so cute! I'm jealous you are so close to vacation, I hope the weather cooperates for you!
