The Daily Grind ~ 8/21/14

Good Morning all!!!

Well, good thing we loaded the van last night as it is storming this morning.. should clear out by the time we depart. Supposed to be near 95 degrees when we hit campus!

I didn't sleep well last night.. the day is here and as a momma bird I was going through everything in my mind: did I talk to him about, did we discuss, did I show him this/that/the other.... it's gonna be a big adjustment today...

On today's agenda:

keep tears in check
make DS13's lunch for school
DH to make his traditional breakfast for big events at our house
get little boys up & ready
DS18 to finish printing syllabi, emails from professors; list of things to do when we get to campus, list of things to the shopping list if we have forgotten anything
DS13 off to school
load the van and head south to campus
text PJ and see if she needs anything at the store when we are shopping
move in/set up dorm room
lunch and shopping w/ DS18
meet up w/ PJ after her obligations on campus for an hour
take photos (wish DS13 was with us but he has to be at school/practice or he cannot play the first game)
load anything that returns home to store
last hugs/texts to kids/keep myself composed or DS18 will give me grief
head home w/ my box of kleenex

Move in day for my girls...Rachel and DH should be on campus shortly. Sarah and I will be heading up soon. At least I know my girls will have good roommates this year

well we got the LSS pretty much together, she can at least be open for sales, still lots of little stuff to go through but that will come in the next few weeks. She's going to have a big garage sale next weekend, hopefully that will clear out a BUNCH of stuff!

Megan dances two shows today at the fair and then we'll stay and play with some of the other dance families.
