Hope everyone enjoyed their Mother's Day weekend! We bought a new living room set on Saturday (much needed after 15 years!) and went for a nice walk and spent a couple hours at the pool yesterday - very relaxing

Yay for a new living room suit Becky!!

Had a great day yesterday!! So much fun!! So many laughs.. The party has not really stopped since I got all the kids home from college on Friday!
Started making plans for our grad party at WDW next year.. DH's brother and his family are wanting to come down with us...

Today's agenda:

watch weather
send DS14 off to school/track
finish up last 2 loads of laundry
DS18 to ck for summer school tuition bill -- taking 1 class this summer
big kids to check their work schedules
once over house
start reviewing list of things that we need to discuss with big kids.. masters info for both kids (how much longer, when do they plan on doing it), need class schedules list for fall so I can start my retail book shopping therapy in June. I shop around and can get our books for 1/3 the price of school bookstore... I hate to over pay with 2 kids in college..

No storms here but once it started raining it doesn't seem to want to quit - this is our 3rd day! It is a nice soaking rain so I'm not complaining!

DGS is supposedly coming home this week!

I enjoyed my mother's day! Megan spoiled me like crazy!

Our weekend did change though, sadly a senior girl from her school was tragically killed Saturday afternoon. She was on a train trestle with two friends, she was not able to get off and was struck by the train, her friends did make it off in time. Kristi was the girl who had called to welcome Megan to AMHS before school started. She was a bright, happy girl, set to go off to college and make a difference in the world.
Please share so that no other kids/adults will make the same mistake.

Megan to school - they are having prayer vigil. will have extra counselors, etc this week for everyone in need

Oh my! I surely will be praying for you, Megan, the girls family and the others students - esp those who were with her!! So very sad!
