I love your senior picture and album ideas. Wow, I never thought of doing our own senior pictures. We just went along with what everyone does. Andrew's pictures were taken at the photographer here in town that does all the senior pictures so we didn't do any of those cool ideas. He just picked about 5 different backgrounds at the studio. We could have done more, but getting him to do those 5 was like pulling teeth!!!!
I'm not doing a special senior album for Andrew. He's got 2 school albums. One is for preschool through middle school and then one is just his high school years. Oh, and he's got another album that is for his performances (all ages). I had hoped to have all 3 of these albums finished (only one is up to date so far) by graduation, but it's not looking like it'll happen.
I did do a full page ad for his yearbook and I've done one in the theatre show playbills as well with an extra special one for his final show, Hairspray.
I feel like a slacker, I guess I better pull out all the stops for his party and trip to WDW! I may hijack that list you put together, Nan, and put it in his book. He'll probably like looking back on that in future years.
Pj loves to have her photo taken!! I have so many shots of her doing self portraits!!!
I have her sports book caught up with everything but individual event photos (those need to be done by December ~ minus what she will do from then til May)
I have her 4-H book current
I have her school books started and am working back ward but her sophomore and junior year are done/current... I'm working on her Freshman year this month...
I have her life book started but it's gonna be at least April to get it caught up the best I can...
I just thought this little Senior year book could have some more personal touches that she can take off to college with her cause I'm not parting w/ the big 12 x 12 albums til she is married... then she may have to buy them from me! LOL
Ok, I better go deal with the natives they are all bickering about something and of course DH is the ring-leader in it all!!!! Kids!
I think the main difference is you have a girl and I have a boy. Andrew does not want his picture taken, especially if it means changing outfits or takes more than 2 seconds! Also, there is no way he will take a scrapbook with him to college! I think I'm going to ask him, though, just to see his reaction because it's going to be hilarious!

I don't know about that. Sarah also hates having her picture taken. Usually she makes funny faces if she catches me Occassionally she smiles nicely, I think she just enjoys irritating me I haven't decided for sure about who is taking her senior pics. We have tons of great photographers in the area, but, they are really expensive (over $500) and that doen't include any prints
I'm tying really hard to get Sarah's school albums caught up. Maybe I'll do one just for high school and the cool senoir album. I know I could get those finished by next May. The problem with the earlier years is finding the photos (I have lots of boxes of pics)!
