The Daily Grind ~ 4/17/15

Good Morning!!

Well, I slept better last night... but tonight will be another long night as we have to go pick up DS18's new used car. Went up to look at one but came away with another and below my budget!

Prayers and to all those in need.

Today's agenda:

send DH off to work
DS14 up and ready for school
grocery list
pay bill
DS14 to school
errands
walk 3 miles
home to scrap at least 4 pages (fingers crossed)
make dinner early I refuse to eat out again...not gonna happen!
go get new car and bring it home
crash for evening as 4 night in a row of extremely long nights is getting old! LOL

Morning ladies!

TGIF! It's the first vacation day for Joe, he's off until the 27th - woot, woot! He just left to get an MRI on his shoulder and run a few errands. After seeing an ortho doc last year and going through 12 weeks of PT he still has issues. So he went to a new ortho doc who believes he has something called "Frozen Shoulder". Getting an MRI done today to make sure there is no tear and will follow-up with ortho in a couple weeks.

Our Canadian Besties arrive tomorrow evening and we'll have some fun in town before boarding the Wonder on Wednesday for a 4 night cruise . Gonna be a great week!

Nan - Great news on the car! Glad you had a restful night

Lisa - hope you and Megan have a relaxing weekend

So, Becky --- I think Joe has some explaining to do?? When did he start hanging out with Elsa??? Hmmm????? I'll be your alibi if you need! I sure hope they are able to take care of it without surgery.... I hope the MRI will give you the answer you need and we get him on the road to recovery quickly!!!

Hahahaha - that's funny Nan! Well if it is "Frozen Shoulder" they do something called manipulation therapy which isn't pretty either. They will put Joe under anesthesia and move his shoulder in all kinds of positions for him to loosen it up and then he will start a series of PT immediately. Thank goodness he will be under but I imagine quite sore afterwards....
