OMG Jennifer I want to take her home. we'd always said 3 and wanted the girl as the end. e didn't sleep so no girl for us.

Sugarhouse tours were exhusting and I still have to make st patty's cards. guess I'd better get off my duff and do it.

Well, my good baby boy is in kitty cat heaven. We were blessed that he adopted us to take care of him during the final months of his short little life. He was such a good boy and he will be missed.

Ohh... I'm so sorry! Maybe he is running around with my kitty in cat heaven! I like to think there are mounds of catnip and endless amounts of toys up there.

Lisa, I'm so sorry. Like the others have said, I'm sure he's playing with all the other kitties in kitty heaven. Now, my my old girl in kitty heaven will not be playing with them, she'll be tellng them all what to do and will be Queen Kitty!

My sweet Ginger is up there with him, I'm sure. She's shy and neurotic (hmm, she fit in well here), but she loves boys Although, I bet she's been enjoying having Bandit all to herself for a while (Alley came along and Ginger got kicked to the curb).

Rice Cooker Mac & Cheese - (based on the Wolfgang Puck recipe)

Put all the below ingredients into a cold rice cooker and stir together.

1/2 stick butter
16 oz. box of dried macaroni (shape is up to you - we use rotini, shells, or elbows...whatever we have on hand)
2 cups of milk
2 cups of chicken stock/broth (I use bouillon cubes and water)
1" piece cut off Velveeta block - cut up a bit to help it melt
about 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I usually just toss in two or three handfuls - we keep big bags of this in the freezer. Can use sharp or mild cheddar, Jack, or whatever type you prefer.)
1 healthy shake of white pepper

Turn on the rice cooker to the "white rice" setting. Maybe stir after about 10 minutes to make sure all ingredients are mixed. Within 20 minutes, it is done and gooey, with crusty bits at the bottom. Sometimes, we mix in cut-up mini frozen meatballs at the start, or ham or bacon bits, too. Could also mix in chopped tomatoes, or other spices as you wish... Very easy recipe and a hit around here!
