Hello again!

They are looking for Grandmom's living will to be able to make decisions!- I would think the nursing home should have that on hand but the laywer should too.

ZTH- got the envelope today- have you gotten the package?

The nursing home should have one in her file. Does she live in an apartment or just a room? MIL was in an apartment and they told her to keep it in her freezer. Why in it I don't know, but they did.

She had been in a room for about 1.5 years before that she was in an apartment.

Nordstroms? In Natick? Huh, without me? I coulda met you there!

I'm out of jury duty. 3 hours in a little room with 24 other people, not so much fun. I was warm (I think I have that same low-grade fever, Rhonda), and they wouldn't let me sit in the cool hallway because I might run into "other people." I guess they meant defendants. All the cases were settled, so we got to leave at 11:30.

Went to do a few "errands." Okay, I went to Mike's and found the K&Co Ka-Zoo paper and a couple other things.

Had some soup, pretty much the only thing I've eaten in 48 hours - you should have heard my tummy in the jury room! I think I'll shut my eyes for a bit before Princess comes home. She has an ortho appt this afternoon, just a follow-up for her palette expander. She should be all set for at least a few months.

You know my friend who is the vet? Well she was over a few weeks ago, took a look at Flint and said "No more cookies" and that he was *gasp* chunky!!! So he is feeling a little deprived. Shhh, I might give him half of one when he gets home tomorrow (we just won't tell Auntie Meg)

Sorry you've got that bug too. Glad you got out early. The bean and I are sacked out on the couches watching "Ice Age, the Meltdown".

We were going to go to the Nordstroms in Burlington - but next time I go to the "Collection" I'll call and we can meet up

They have found her living will- I don't know what it says but it is with the hospital- my aunts (her daughters) live in town with her, my dad is in MD and my uncle is from further south in FL. He should be up there by now so once he and his wife take a look at the situation we will get a better understanding of everything that is happening and get a timeline of expectations on things. Right now depending on whom you talk with you get comflicting information.

PBF, that's great that the other boy invited your son to his party. I hope your DS has a grand time!!!

AWM, I didn't take a picture of the display, but below is a picture of what I finally caved in and bought! The stack was already on sale, and I used my 2 coupons (a 50% and a 40%) on the ribbons, and then my employee discount on the birds so it wasn't too bad. Especially since I paid for it with the gift card the scout troop gave me. Nothing out of my pocket!!!! And, since it was the gift card, I also got the MS bird border punch (it was 30% off). I've so wanted it, but couldn't justify it. But, since I had the gift card, I treated myself to it!!!!

Besides the DCWV Michael's exclusive Songbird paper stack, there is also a really nice Home one, a Vintage one, and a school one. I almost got the school one as well since it's so different from the normal school ones you see. There were a few others, but those were my favorites.

Okay, here's what I bought:

We need to have a swap with a group where I can make something with birds so that I can say I bought this stuff for a swap!!
