I'll take myself to the naughty mat for a nap WE NEED SNOW!!!!! I want to be a winter widow. I want to pass in the night. I want space from my wonderful DH! We're so used to having our own time that Him being home is driving us both nutty. Oh well sugaring season is on it's way. off to the mat now and I'm taking my blankie cause I'm a grumpy old bear and need a nap.

Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Took forever, but I have three of my four ADRs done for our trip. Need to wait until tomorrow for the next one - that only 10 days thing.

Decide of I want to try washing to dogs in the tiny shower stall or pay to have them done and then my car because it will stink too. The big dog has the skunk concentrated around his face. I admit to being scared to putting the peroxide around that area.

Laundry.
Clean up sick room from DH's mess.
Kitchen.
Bathrooms.
Pick up kiddos.
Allergy run.
Dinner drive thru.
Homework.

I've got the day off. But, that means my list is longer than usual ;)

Library
Joann's - Princess told her teacher about the Valentine card holder we have and she asked if we "had a second one." I'll see if I can find one for her. - Nope.

Baby Sophie Time!
Dinner?? There's a great vegetable stand/turkey farm over near Betsy's house. I think we need turkey sandwiches for dinner.
Dishes

I hope everyone has a great day. If it were me, Ann, I'd bring them to be washed. That's a scary prospect to put peroxide near his face. Good luck!

Busiest day of this week - several appointments, spring DS early from school for one...in general, lots of running around.

The Girl Scout cookie pickup yesterday was a total nightmare - the 18-wheeler truck with the cookies showed up an hour late and every troop's appointments (dozens of them at 5 minute intervals) got totally screwed up. It looked like a minivan Demolition Derby! Have I ever mentioned that I'm NEVER doing this again???

When our dog got skunked, it just missed his face. So, we didn't have to worry so much about being careful with the peroxide/Dawn dishsoap mixture. If taking them out to be done is an option, that's super appealing!

I'd take mine out for the deskunking too. So much less mess for you at home. They are equipped for that stuff, faster and easier than the scary face parts, not to mention all the towels...

Another vote for taking the dogs to have someone else deskunk them. That way you aren't the bad guy either!:)

Jennifer, I hear you on deadlines not meaning anything. When I gave deadlines to our boy scout troop for anything, I always asked for it to be to me a few days before I really needed it so that I'd get those that are ALWAYS late.

Rebecca, I want a normal Florida winter too! It's been way too cold and for too many days in a row.

What I have left to do today:
Laundry
Go to Walmart & Target and see if I can find a Wii Fit for my SIL's birthday present. They are nowhere to be found, but Target's website says that one of the stores here has some in stock, so we'll see. Walmart won't let me look online so I'll check there on my way to Target.
Go to library
Try to stay away from shopping at Michaels and JoAnns, but the pull may be too much!:rolleyes1
Pay bills
Clean/Tidy living room
Scrap
Dinner - shake & bake chicken - didn't have it yesterday since DS went out to eat with friends after rehearsal

Have a wonderful day everyone!

I always ask for things a couple days in advance knowing that they will be late, but just once, just *one* stinking time, I'd like to have everyone get things to me when I ask! Oh well.

$57.99 EACH to be deskunked. Holy toledo! Debating it now.

Rebecca, we are doing the Pirate & Pals cruise our first night, Rose & Crown that Monday night and Mama Melrose & the Fantasmic! package that Thursday. The rest will be counter service, probably in Epcot at night because it has the best food.

Start inputting cookie orders - Does anyone know what "I need your order form by February 1st means" other than me? Apparently not, because I'm still missing over half of them.

What is your cut off date that can't be negotiated? What happens to the orders that come in after that?

Seriously.

Decided to not take a chance with his eyesight. Making an appointment right now. :thumbsup2

We ate at Rose & Crown for the first time at the beginning of January and it was wonderful! Everyone was very happy with it and it's on our list of places to return to.

Have fun planning your trip!!!!

It's kind of an arbitrary date, because I swear this is the sale that never ends. We have to put an "initial order" in by February 3rd. Those cookies will be delivered the week of February 22nd. BUT, we hold cookie booths (our first one is the 7th at Lowe's) and we can get cookies pretty much any time. However, I need to know which girls are actually selling because they give us a "per girl average" to meet to get an extra 5 cents per box. So, if I put in 16 girls are selling and only 14 girls do, I'll need an extra 200 boxes to cover those 2 girls. It's just crazy.

Almost done with my card sample :)

Running behind today -

ZTH I promise to keep all white stuff and cold weather sent north. Well as long as it isn't -15 or more.

What a day at work dishwasher called in sick again today. I'm bushed it was all labor intensive food items today and running dishes and scrubbing that extra 1/2 hour really killed me. I'm looking forward to the night off and maybe a drink. Everyone was cranky and need this need that no matter how fast I got pies out this one wanted something different. I'm going to curl up in my chair and take that nap I talked about earlier.

Ann I don't blame you take him and have it done then put a double latch with a lock on the back gate.

They are both being bathed. Many times. For the $57.99 they will wash them completely at least 3 times. The lady said they will try to get in more if they are slow. And she expected them to be slow.

The back fence heaved. The gate doesn't latch. It just rests closed due to the way it lays and gravity. I had no idea because the latch is on the outside of the fence.

It is now wired shut with copper wire around the latching mechanism and the gate & fence pieces themselves. Not using that gate anytime soon. We never did. Not sure why we even put it in. :confused3

All the other gates are wired shut too through the latches. Have to buy locks for them this week to be more secure and stable.

Hope you feel better after all the dish washing.
