Morning everyone! Hope everyone is dug out from the big winter storm. We got about 5" last night and that's all I need for the rest of the season! YUCK!

Today is pretty easy:

Up and out for work
Work till 3 p.m.
Pick up DS13 and his friend for weekend Christmas with my family
Dinner
Scrap?
Bed

Don't have to be back to work until next Wednesday! :dance3: I'm hoping my paper order gets here today so I can work on the Epcot swap. My goal is to be done with santas and countries this weekend.

Have a great day!

I hope you get your paper in - I love looking at the completed swaps

DH is off until Wednesday too

I"m going to set up something in SCAL but wish me luck on getting it cut today ;)

we may be going to Ft Worth - DH wants to hit half-price books - I"m hoping to go to HL

Good morning.

Prayers and pixie dust for those in need

Today

Clean and find new homes for new gifts (I did get a little bit of scrappy things. Maybe I will take a picture? By my in-laws a local scrap book store went out of business so my MIL bought me some goodies for Christmas)
Follow up doctor appointment
A few errands to run since I didn't yesterday (d h and I went to see Les miserables instead, was shocked that he agreed to go so I couldn't hesitate)
Maybe buy some paint for master bedroom
Dinner?????

I've been off since last Friday! I have to work tomorrow, but have the weekend off then. Not too bad :)

We had a nice Christmas. My MIL is not well. I'm not sure what's going on with her, she's so thin, barely even speaks and does this strange thing where she bends over and looks down at her hands, almost like she's falling asleep, then she sits back again. She does it over and over and over again all day long. It's very sad. :worried:

Yesterday we did some cleaning up around the house. Neither Morgan nor I got out of our PJs all day. Only thing that could have made it better is if we had gotten the snow. It snowed a little last night, but it's raining now and nearly all of it is gone. :( (But someone wanted some time in the sidewalk plow, how ridiculous!).

DH is working a short day, then we're going to go do some Christmas clearance shopping and maybe go see Wreck-it Ralph.

My mom is having some surgery this morning, so I'd appreciate good thoughts this way, please and thank you!

Hope everyone had a relaxing and peaceful Christmas!

Did your DH enjoy the movie? I'm trying to talk my DH into going out for dinner and to see the movie on New Year's Eve since our kids all have other places to be. He doesn't seem interested in seeing the movie though.

I'm dying to see it, but I know DH won't want to. I'll either have to go with my sisters or wait for the DVD. If it's bloody and violent, I don't know about bringing Morgan (although she's seen all the Harry Potter movies and most of the superhero ones).

morning all

SNOWING SNOWING AND SNOWING I'm loving it. so far almost 5"s started later than they thought so I had the 5 am wake up call that I could stay in bed. Course I was up at 2, 4 and 6 to see if Tom needed to plow. I let him sleep so that he isn't up for HOURS on end. Then of course the 5 am phone call just when I'd fallen back asleep. Needless to say I just got up.

I'm going to spend the bulk of the day baking and then driving 90 mins to a basketball game that is a normal 40 min trip. Why they don't cancel tournaments when we are already down to 1/4 mile visability........

Hope you all have a great day!

Jen Prayers for you!
Reddy hope you make it to HL need to remind mom to check them out she often forgets cause we have none.
Michelle have fun playing with scrappy stuff
hope you paper arrives!

Wish you didn't live so far away. We could have a girls night out.

It was good, but I love the musical. My DH is not a musical guy on any level, and I was shocked he agreed to go. He sat by me without complaining (and it was long), but I wouldn't say he enjoyed it and I wouldn't say he hated it either (he will probably never watch it again). He went because he knew I was dying to see it. I could have easily gone with friends or sisters, but I didn't want to wait:lmao:

There was a little blood and violence in terms of rebellion, not too bad. There was also a short scene involving prostitution (mother trying to earn money to support her daughter) but it didn't show much. It is pretty obvious though that mom is getting paid for dot..dot..dot

Morning!

Up at at'em early again, wanted to make sure all of the Christmas stuff was put away before the cleaning lady arrived this morning. Just got a couple of little things left to put away, nothing major.

Today
laundry
meal planning thru 1/4 (leave for WDW on 1/5!!)
grocery list/coupons
send sympathy card to DH's BFF who lost his father to cancer on Christmas Day :(
hang Mickey print in the guest bedroom
scrap?
chicken stir fry and brown rice for dinner

Have a Happy Thursday !

Becky

Good Mornin'... I have been having a horrible time sleeping as of late.. but I'm sure it doesn't help that I have all 3 kids home and they think it's party time at our house when DH and I go to bed.. LOL... Oh to be kids again and PJ's work isn't open til next week... At least there has been babysitting jobs!

Today:

complete my list I have written out..

I have to get the MK sketch swap done by next weekend because I have a list of 2013 goals I need to meet and need the time free to meet them... I think I have to go out and get 12 more papers for photo mats.. I finally settled on my last 2 sketches after changing them at least 10 times!! Now to get these on the move!!

No scrapping for me this weekend. Just checked my order status from Scrap Your Trip and they haven't even started processing the order I placed on the 19th. :worried:

3 doz choc chip and m&m made should keep them going for a few days.

Came upstairs to get dressed and ready to leave. checked the email that I'd checked 20 mins before only to find out the game was cancelled. Thank god. now I guess I'll finish dishes and make banana bread and a roast for supper. then my kindle and I are going to crash on the couch.

hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas...we did, but happy the craziness is over!

did nothing yesterday! today just got back from nail appts and Megan has dance rehearsal tonight for a perfomance tomorrow.

need to call around for place for my mom's 75th bday party in Jan and work on invites!

going to start putting decorations away, want it all done before we leave for Haiti!

upload photos to get the penny photos from Snapfish!

have a wonderful day!

:wave2:

Prayers and pixie dust to all those in need.

Jennifer, hope mom's surgery went well and that she has a quick recovery.

Danielle, sorry about your paper order, hope it gets there soon.

Hope everyone accomplished their list's today.

All rain here for us, which is a good thing as I don't care to drive in the snow and I had to be at work today.

Need to install software on Julia's computer and straighten up things so I can work on MK swap. I am off till Wednesday so I am hoping to get the majority of this done.

I am thinking leftovers for dinner tonight, just don't feel like cooking.

My mom didn't end up getting the surgery done. She had a fever and they wouldn't operate. I'm not sure when she's rescheduled it. If she has her way, she won't do it at all.
