Brrr....it is chilly here this morning! While I know most of you will laugh at our measly 49 degrees - that's cold for us! But of course it is NOTHING compared to you folks up north in the single/negative digits - hope everyone is staying warm and dry and the schools were cancelled to keep your babes safe

So for today:

Finish up laundry
Water plants
Swap out cat dishes
Clean bathrooms
Mop bathroom floors
Run to Publix
PICK UP DECALS FOR CAR
Call BJs to schedule tire rotation
Email a couple friends
Scrap a couple pages
Potato Soup for supper

have DH check tires, this cold is effecting my tire pressure.

Good morning all!!!

Hope everyone is warm this morning, including those who don't have freezing temps but still much colder than you are used to. I hate cold! DH finally came home from work this morning, after being gone since 5 am on Sunday!!!

Today:
Dishes as usual
Laundry
Run sweeper (we have a Sheltie that sheds constantly)
DH & DS13 to change faucet in downstairs bathroom
SCRAP!!

Lots to do today!

Kids up and out for school.
Work-nothing got done yesterday! Dbf decided that yesterday was the day to finally crunch numbers for a new budget.
Meeting today at 345 for dd#3's speech therapy at school.
Post office run.
Take dbf to pick up his new car. The decision was finally made.
Home
Kids to bed
Start packing for CHA.

We are out of school again today. Currently -13 degrees (WC -30). Still under a travel emergency so no driving.

DH is going to take PJ back to school tomorrow... lots of counties between us and her school under emergency orders too. they will have to take the long way down. He is just going to be mad but only one car goes tomorrow we will drive hers down on the weekend. He can just be mad and for that matter so can she. I'm pulling the mom card and that's just how it's going to be.

Today:

DS13 to work on science fair project.
DH working from home
clean off the cars and start them up again after lunch
once over house
kids to once over their rooms; make sure backpacks are ready to go
attempt to scrap

Another snow day tomorrow! Now everyone start wishing this away as we only have 2 more built in snow days otherwise it will mess up graduation and vacation... Can't have that!!! Mother Nature please get your attitude in check as the rest of us agree you have made your point!


DH and PJ will be leaving tomorrow morning to get her back home.. She also just received another email and got kudos for her mentoring she did in the fall and her mentoring job was extended into the spring!!! (it's only 5 hours a week).. Plid she already helps 2 other students study twice a week for an hour or so.. She thrives on being busy and keeps her grades up!

DS needs to start typing up his paper for his science fair project.. BTW, I want to say I am over all these MLA papers for a 7th grader.. All I can say is he will be a pro at writing papers by college.. my older kids didn't start MLA papers till their Junior yr of high school!

Ok, back to dig out some more.. We had the plow guy pile up the neighbors drive stuff in front of our house (yard by the road but NOT impending the 2 cleared lanes) as they are elderly and they need a cleared drive...
