And the Polar Vortex is back! Can't believe that Atlanta is expecting 1-3 inches of snow today! Not good for a city that has no snow plows. They even closed schools today and tomorrow in the panhandle of Florida due to the coming ice and snow - hope everyone is the storms path stays safe! Talk about weather extremes...suppose to be 81 here today.

So for today:
Finish up laundry
Water plants
Swap out cat dishes
Clean bathrooms
Mop bathrooms
Clean downstairs sliding glass doors
Sweep front porch (didn't do yesterday)
Sort thru and update latest vacation photos
Run to farmers market and Publix
Hope to scrap a couple of pages
Tacos for dinner

We are at 14 degrees here. Brrrrrr! Got the carpet picked out for DS's room. It should be here tomorrow and installed hopefully by the weekend!

We are a -5 and a wind chill of - 25!
They closed school... YUCK! I am hoping the state DOE gives the schools another waiver so that we do not have to make up this day. I'm willing to give up my spring break to not go past graduation.

So, I can only hope today gets better... as we received a call today that we did NOT want.. We have cried so much this morning... I still need to call DD and her BFF so that her BFF can keep an eye on her since she is so far away. We are waiting for the boys to wake since they canceled school to tell them.. We are going to miss Grams so much..but at least her and Gramps are together again.

Today:
finish organizing duplicate photos into photo boxes (kids' boxes done yesterday)
remind DS17 to finish 2 more chapters for his college class & write his journal 2. Start 3 pg paper.
DS13 to read 5 chapters in his book from the library
continue to watch over DH.. he is not doing well after receiving the call..
once over house
scrap -- goal 2 pages
make sure all homework is done for the boys
check on DD again



I hope all of you are staying warm.. I just need to wrap my head around things this morning.. my head is just spinning and I cry at the drop of a hat... Have a good day everyone...

package up our Love Na's bday gifts / make card
load of towels
run dishwasher

dinner - chicken marsala
