We were in Disneyland a few weeks ago and purchased two of the Mickey popcorn buckets to take home. One was for us, and one was for a friend of mine. One bucket lost his ear in transit on the way home and it broke so low on the ear that I couldn't glue it back on. I emailed Disneyland to see if I could just get another ear to snap in there and they sent me a whole new bucket! He arrived today carefully packed with popcorn (the fake kind, LOL) and all in one piece. I really didn't expect them to replace the whole thing, but it made my day. :cool1:
 
yay!! i love Disneyland's customer service. I hate it though when I go anywhere after I have spent a few days at DLR, and it's like your so used to amazingly nice CMs who go out of their way to help you, and then when you're back in the 'real world' customer service just isn't what it is at DLR. It really makes me appreciate the effort they put into their jobs. :)
