Are getting closer to a new thread? How pages fly by!!!

I was about to comment on that... time to start thinking up a new thread title!

Do you guys report people's posts on other threads when they personally attack you? I'm getting a little tired of it. You make a point in a debate, and they come back with "you're a clown" or something. I'll post something about Obama and something he has said or done, and they respond with some veiled "you're a racist" or something. I might get a little rough talking about the dems, but not the individual poster, and always they come back with some nasty personal shot. What's the matter with these people? They always go right to the personal attack. Do you report?

No, I don't report. My opinion of that person is usually so low that it's not worth the effort to report them. I'm beginning to think that the one's crying racist the most are probably racist themselves... the liberals have proven this election double standards with Palin and they're really the ones the media is crying out to be racist. (Except I don't think the liberal media is really thinking about that in those terms) Just ignore them. It does get tiring and I've just learned to get snarky towards them to tick them off instead of getting angery at them. At least it gives me a laugh :teeth:

Years ago, back in the 80's! Myself & my Mom stopped by a local diner in Flatlands Brooklyn....and who was sitting in the next booth...But Frank Perdue!!!!

My Mom carried on like Lucy meeting William Holden at The Brown Derby!:scared1:

I had been to a few dinners with him and he always ordered ....chicken. It was hilarious b/c the chef would ALWAYS come out to meet him like HE was the Messiah. Too bad he died mabye he could have run for president with the slogan" A chicken in every pot." LOL

You do good! :thumbsup2

You sound like my sis ,the way she was getting ready. She just came back last week. She was panicking over the hurricanes.
They has a great time though!

That's the 1 thing that doesn't bother me:rotfl: Bring on the hurricanes, the ship'll go around. If it heads for my house though we'll scoot out early. :rotfl:

or "Chicken First"

Have you ever tried to substitue mayo for ketchup on fries. My son's friend did it and I tried it ....it was great and Kraft has a really good one with olive oil. They are not owned by Heinz.

I'm going to be in the minority on this one but I do love me some mayo with my fries! And honey mustard and Ranch and sometimes, Thousand Island!

I have been known to have a bottle of Heinz and package of Tyson chicken in my fridge - sometimes I forget all the people I'm supposed to mad at! And I had no idea that Theresa Kerry's first husband was a Republican - call me the ditzy one!

Yes, I too have the bag of tyson in the fridge. Its my only choice since all the local grocery stores stopped carrying the Banquet:mad: I do console myself by saying I'm the ppl who work on the Eastern Shore. Big Tyson plant there.

And John Kerry was very well loved in PA. Rumor has it that his fateful helicopter trip was for a meeting to discuss his running for Gov. Would have won handily.

:rotfl: That's why a always volunteer to briing German potato salad or a pasta salad without a mayo base.

We ALWAYS make a plain salad for him! He just brings dessert. He's a bachelor.;)

PSA- sometimes I have to check DD so if I don't answer or jump around that's why. Not cause of ditziness.:wizard:

OK, a positive article written by someone much under discussion on this thread today:

Good story..terrible tragedy

YES WE CAN!
YES We CAN!

YES WE CAN EAT CHICKEN INSTEAD OF BEEF!

At least that would be a more substantial campagain slogan because at least it would tell us what it is we CAN do.

I think you have been visiting to many Obama threads.....be carefull with that...your starting to repeat there mantra.....

I just heard on the news that the HS have gone from 21% to 28% for voting for McCain....seems Obama is not making much ground on us HS

And lets not forget the RollingStone:rolleyes: Today's cover included the subtitle(above the header mind you) "The Lies Of Sarah Palin" :headache:

Well, that really shouldn't surprise you after the fiasco with the Us magazine thrashing of Sarah Palin. They're both owned by Jann Wenner who is a well known/documented Lib.

They are two magazines that I stopped reading/subscribing to many, many years ago because of their leanings. I enjoyed them more when they were just music and entertainment magazines.

We get most of our oil from Canada.

You lost me here. Are we trying to reduce our dependence on foreign oil because of Canada? Is Canada such a threat?

ExxonMobil, the number #1 gas/oil company in the US is the #1 importer of SAUDI oil.

In the rare instances that I eat tuna, it is plain on crackers. I can't any mayo based salads like cole slaw or potato salad. Potato salad is especially bad because it also contains eggs.:scared: I am not a picky eater, but I can't eat mayo and visble eggs. I also can only eat salad dressings like Italian and vinagrettes.

I can't eat tuna :scared: , but I do like mayo and ketchup. I don't consider myself that picky of an eater, but I really just can't eat seafood.

I have a really "sweet tooth" tonight. OH, Breeeeeezy....

I think that you guys should read this. The thread that it deserves to be posted on apparently became too nasty and was closed so I’ll post it here:

Wasilla Debunking Kit
Crimes on truth

Dolce, I was wondering what had happened to you today! And here you are, popping up with two fantastic articles - thank you. It seems as if that SP rape kit issue was the main problem of the OS -- in addition to her trailer-trash tendencies and infamous 'quote' - I can see Russia from my house.
