My tip for getting the cheapest deals is to make friends with your local travel agents.
I priced up everything separately booking online to get the best prices, then took my best price to a few travel agents. Some couldn't do anything, but 2 said they would match it, and then one of those came back to me with a better offer, which I booked. That was a saving of around £600 compared to booking the same package online.
The same agent could offer me some incredible prices for dates either side of the ones we had chosen, so if you are flexible on your dates, you could end up with even more of a bargain.
