DD would like to eat in the castle for her birthday this year, has anyone eaten there before the party?

hi there Lillygator. Yes we did this in 2004. We ate at the castle around 5:00pm. Cinderella happened to be in the lobby. We were dressed as Shrek and Princess Fiona. My brother loved it (hes 8) because they referred to us as prince and princess. We got done with dinner and were able to get on some rides before others made it to the area of mk we were in. We even rode haunted mansion all by ourselves. it was so fun.

We ate at the castle in 05. We had a 4:10 adr so we thought we were being smart but I forgot to bring the conf # and we had to wait until 4 to get in for the party with our hard ticket. It was a very nice start to the party.

I ate there last Nov/Dec for my 40th birthday before MVMCP. My ADR was for 5:40p and we were done by 6:45p I believe.

When we exited in Fantasyland it was DEAD. There were a couple of CMs though; one at Dumbo and one at the carousel so my girls got to ride both with no one else!!

Then we headed to the one of two photo locations, in Tomorrowland and got the free photo over with.

It was a great start to the night!

Well I asked her again this morning and she chose the castle as her birthday dinner. So the castle it is - of course if I can get a reservation!

We will be eating in the castle before MNSSHP too! I will be taking my DD to BBB earlier in the day to get her hair done, as she wants to be a princess for the party! I am so glad I have a daughter!
