The castle!!!(10/26, DL)

I was in the park today, and the tarps were completely off the front of the castle! It is so gorgeous. The pink paint is sparkly, and the spires gleam in the sun!! They're 24 carat gold leaf too.

Only 19 days before we hit the trail and we'll be on our way to Disneyland - YEH!

Are you Kidding? Is this really true? If it is I will float on clouds all day long!!!! We are going next week and I was praying that the castle might be open early, and came to the board to ask if anyone could give me any hope! Dare I believe it? I am off to check out the pictures. I never realized just how bad it had gotten until now that I can see how good it looks when it's given a little paint.

We just got back from Disneyland! I was THRILLED to see the castle uncovered (some work was still being done on the far right and left towers of the castle and there were platforms there). The best part was it was decorated for Christmas on the outside and we WALKED RIGHT THROUGH IT into fantasy land! The music was playing and everything! The lighting on it during the fireworks was fantastic. The castle really looks GREAT! Made my trip to be able to walk through it. YAY!

The castle is beautiful. I was there yesterday, and I got pictures both in the morning and at night when it has lights shinning off it. It was simply an amazing site!
