There is no special menu for dining plan users. What you see on the menu is what you can order, even the caviar that was lightly "pushed" on us during the Christmas season, that we declined for other delectable offerings.
We've been there during the summer and winter and found the service, credible, although I'm still giggling over my order of a Campari and soda (it's red) that became an orange soda with a wedge of lemon to the waiter; too funny. He first told me that was what I ordered and then quickly backtracked with grace.
Otherwise the service was fine from my perspective and the chops and seafood treated and cooked with the proper care. Like many a chophouse the sides are a separate cost but easy to share.
So far we've tended to order raw bar menu items, shrimp cocktail, and fried calamari. The raw bar offerings were super fresh and served with traditional and innovative sauces. I loved the cucumber mignonette served with the oysters but the man not so much. We were both happy with the red sauce and horseradish. The wild caught shrimp cocktail, were not in the least rubbery tasting and didn't "stink" of preservatives.
The restaurant's kitchen knows the meaning of every grilled meat term (blue and black, rare, medium rare, etc) and is happy to put your order on the plate according to your wishes. Unhappy? Send it back as I noted another table do once w/ no issues. Salad greens were crispy w/o excess water. We went for simple desserts like a dish of ice cream or an ice cream float. Nice and classic.
