We heard the rumours. Now it's official. Of course, the sale still has to be approved but at least we know where SeaWorld is headed.

Interestingly, The Blackstone Group owns 50% of Universal Studios.

I saw this. It's going to be interesting to see what happens. They would also aquire Legoland in California and Sesame Place in PA. Maybe they are thinking of replacing Spiderman with Elmo.

It isn't official yet. In that meeting this morning the GM said he would not discuss rumors, even though it looks like this is what is going to happen it hasn't happened yet.
