I actually got a reply from the Black Hole...
Took the VMK Insider Tour a month ago and created a character at the park. Didn't get my Black ears.
Some of the people that were on the tour said it happens sometimes and they might show up later. Never did, so I finally sent a help message. Never got a reply, no ears. Got this today. Kind of makes you wonder what kind of queue this stuff goes in.

I created this character at Disneylan on Tuesday 9/27. At the time I didn't get any of the in park stuff except for the Born in Park pin. I also seem to be missing clothes/shoes/hats/etc. except for what I was wearing when the character was created.
