the best things to see/do

We are going in Aug. w/ 3 kids under 7. I dont want to wear them out early on--so is there any "must sees/dos" in Disney? We plan on going to Magic Kingdom first---we are only going to be in Disney for 2 days---and wanting to do 1 park a day--so what 2 parks do you recommend w/ children this small? ( one doesnt care to ride the rides)

I dont want to waste time for anything that really isnt worth it! My dd's are really into princesses and ds is into spies and pretty much everything. What were some of the things your kids enjoyed most? What are some tips to not overdoing it?

When is the parade? Best place to watch? And is it worth it?

Going to Disney and not riding any of the rides is almost like going to a restaurant and not ordering food. But if you are only going to do 2 parks, I would recommend MK and EPCOT. There are more stuff to do at those 2 parks without riding anything then the other 2 parks.

As far as the parades go, if you haven't seen them, GO! You have to see them at least once. If you have seen them, go to the attractions that you have planned out. There will be less of a line then because so many will be watching the parades.

I'm going to recommend MK one day and MGM another. The princesses are out in force in both those parks usually. MGM has the Little Mermaid, Muppets, and Toy Story area that the smaller kids love. their afternoon parade is exceptional.
for the little ones at MK do the Buzz Lightyear, Tiki Birds, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, and Country Bear Jamboree for sure. Depending on 'fear' levels, the Haunted Mansion could be thrown in. And the It's a small world attraction is back from an extended rehab--heard it's beautiful. You can plan to spend half a day in fantasyland alone.
