The Best Spots For Illuminations

In your opinion what is the best spot to watch illuminations from.

From the front But seriously, we lucked into what I felt was the best spot on our first trip. Stand at the veiwing area at the front of world showcase( it will be roped off) about 5 min. before show time the cm's open the ropes for a first come first serve basis. Granted we sat on concrete but the only thing in front of us was the fence around the lake and we were front-center.

The opposite side of the direction the wind is blowing. You can see Illuminations from anywhere around the lagoon, it's a good view anywhere. My pet peeve is when the smoke gets in the way (and it does this a lot in Illuminations) I always look to see which way the wind is blowing, and I go to the other side, no matter how far it is!

There is no single place from which you can see all the countries, so don't worry about that. As has already been pointed out - the most important thing is do not be down-wind. When you pick your viewing spot take a look at the direction the flags and the flames are going, then move around to the other side of the lagoon.
