The best OC season?

I just watched the OC season finale (i'm from england and missed about 4 episodes, they were recorded on my sky plus) and it was sooooooo sad!! I thought it was amazing acting!! And I loved the song playing in the background!! But anyway I was wondering, what do u think has been the best season of the OC so far? How many seasons do u think there will be before it is axed ?

NOTE-i've just realised that the last option in the poll has no season number, it's meant to say season 3, but i'm not sure how to change it. sorry!!

i haven't seen the second, but i found the first was just. well the best.

i think i liked the first better.. i stopped watching after awhile... to me it got a little boring.. so i started watching one tree hill, ( that season finale was amazing) btu anywho.. i was watching MTV, and the MTV news came on and said that fox decided for season 4 they would only tape 16 episodes instead of a full season,( 22 episodes)

Just means it's shorter.
it's not going to last much longer that they're out of high school and that Marissa is dead. this season is just going to be one long sadistic one.

i liked them all... but the first was the best. im kind of over the oc, if the next season is good (ill watch an episode or 2) then ill keep watching it but idk how its going to be with them all in college and marissa gone.. but i like kaitlin so if shes a main character in it i might watch it. and minnie_2006, the name of the song playing in the back round of the last scene was hallelujiah by imogen heep, she also did the season finale's last song for season 2 which is called hide and seek... i like the songs to but their a little scary/sad

And I like Ryan and Lindsay together...Channel 4 (for UK people) haven't yet agreed to screen the next season yet anyway, so it may not even by on over here

honestly? i, now, don't care what happens on it... i don't watch it anymore

esp. since everyone thinks/thought it was amazing... that's one of the reasons why i haven't watched falcon beach. they compare it to/say its as good as the OC..

but if you like it its cool, i just don't like the show anymore

it's not amazing really. it's good to watch just because there's nothing else for me to watch on thursday. i mean, it's the OC or Survivor. and survivor is waaay overrated.

I liked the first season the best.
The second was fairly decent, but this past season wasn't as good. Yeah, some things were good, but overall, it was a fairly boring season (well, aside from the last episode... haha)

Honestly? The only reason I keep watching is because I have been watching since the beginning. But since ABC moved Grey's Anatomy to the Thursday nights at 9 (same time as OC), I have to say I'm probably going to only watch the first few eps of OC to see what happens in the aftermath of Marisa's death.

And I really think the 4th season is gonna be the last... Because without Marissa, there goes SO many storylines.... But I do <333 Adam Brody. hehe

did anyone else feel when watching this season finale that it felt like the end, i mean the end of the oc..forever. I really love the oc and hope they can do something amazing in the next season to save the show. I don't know whether Mischa Barton wanted to leave or whether she was axed but either way having her dying was the worst decision either. I really hope they can find someone else to 'replace' her in the 'main four characters'.
