:( After packing for 2 hours, we loaded up the car and checked out. I was absolutely miserable. But we still had 2 wishes left on our plan, so we went to Epcot and back to the Biergarten for lunch. Nothing cheers you up like a good oompah band. We looked at stuff we missed on Tuesday like the shop in China. Thank God I had already spent my money because I could have gone bananas in there. To make the drive even better, we went back to Downtown Disney and got sodas at the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain. Perhaps with that much chocolate, I would be able to survive leaving...

That's it for the Disney part of our trip. We spent the next 2 days at Cocoa Beach. The Doubletree there is very nice and reasonable if you're ever that way and the beach was great. Very relaxing and no sharks. Then 18 hours back to Dallas via Lafayette, LA. The BlueDog Cafe is really cool if that's a stop for you. It's a Cajun cuisine restaurant themed on the art work of Rodrigue (the HP printer Blue Dog). The seafood wontons were most excellent.

It was great to get back and we were excited to see the Texas state line, but I guess I felt a little Cinderella-like in that it was midnight and the ball was over. But it was a fabulous trip and instead of keeping a shoe, I got a DH. Pretty cool.

it was very fairy tale to us too. more than i ever hoped or dreamed... and i had been dreaming about it for a long time.

we did biergarten for lunch both times, so good question. the buffet had about 12 different dishes, but all i really needed was the knockwurst and kraut. yummy!!! the oompah band came out about 15 minutes into lunch and played some great tunes. on friday, it was a different band and the guy that plays the cow bells did his thing which was pretty awesome. a few people were dancing, especially the kids. it wasn't very crowded, but we were there right when they opened and the crowds that week were not anything approaching normal anyway.

Thanks for sharing your honeymoon trip with us. I enjoyed reading about it!!

Beth:)
