We've been to each multiple time.
Busch Gardens has been very enjoyable and feel its been consistent and can usually find a place to enjoy the food.
Disney has only gotten greedier; more expensive, smaller portions, declining quality, usually using a garbage can as a table.
Hands down IMO, Seven Seas is the reigning champ. Food ingredients and preparation well done. Fair price point for sampling, especially with lanyard. Not eating on a garbage can.
That's my opinion, what's yours.
