What is The Help about? Looks interesting! And the Kingdom Keepers book-my ds12 just read #1 and 2 and he looooooved them...he's begging me to read 'em,...so I guess I will start it next week. Again, he's 12, so maybe not great for an adult..but we'll see!!!!

The books...I read "The Help" and LOVED it. The whole Kingdom Keepers series is awesome (I have Jackie to thank for getting me sucked into those!) And I'm dying to read "A Discovery of Witches." I love finding new books, especially new books to read on vacation!

The more great reviews I get the more excited I get to read it!! I bought it last night and one other book that I couldn't resist starting!! I'm definitely saving The Help for Vero!!!!

Haven't read it. Let me know what you think. The genre has kind of tired me out, but if it's that good...

I tried reading this. If for nothing but enjoying the story's setting...couldn't. get. into. it. Like, at all. I tried twice. That's not to say it was terrible, just not for me. Even in such a fantastic setting.

I know the list made me very hungry and then I was getting full just thinking about all the food LOL!!!!!! It is going to be a great time!! I think sometimes I get more excited over the meals than I do the parks...just almost LOL!!

I think you'll ADORE A Discovery of Witches. As I recall it started a little slow but give it a chance!!

Looks like you guys have some yummy restaurants in the line-up! I think Brown Derby may be my all-time fave of those you have listed but I love many of them. And there are a few I've never tried so can't wait to hear what you guys think.

Next week Baylor has two baseball games. I have a hair appointment, a fill and pedi. Plus our last day of school is Thursday, so my end of year check list must be complete. Our room is being painted over the summer so everything must be taken off of the walls!

Oh and I have like fifty-five fish extenders to put together....

I have no doubt you will get them done and they will look fantabulous!!! I have an end of year checklist I need to get started on I want it all done by Tuesday Morning!!!

YAY another good review!! I keep getting more and more excited as I read the great reviews you guys are giving the books!!!!!

I don't follow new novels much. What is the witch book about, anything like the Potter series? I really enjoyed the Potter books. I do want to read the Kingdom series soon, but I have huge stacks of book awaiting me already. I did get a Kindle which is going to be great for traveling.

I don't think its like Harry Potter, I think it focuses mostly on the Salem Witch Trials and a mystery around it, but I'm not completely sure LOL!!!!

OOOH a Kindle...that is what is going on my Christmas list!! I really want one of them LOL!!!! They are just the neatest things!!

I believe the help is about African American Women who work in Southern households and decide to write a book about the goings on in their community. I haven't really read the back cover to get the entire synopsis but I have only heard great things about it!!!!
