Ok, I missed the part where he sent Michelle home early - what did she do to finally make him mad enough to do that???? (glad she's gone though)

She was a psycho. When she and Jake were sitting on the couch, she was all weepy (again) and told him (again) that she was here to get married. Next thing you know, she's asking Jake to kiss her. It was soooo awkward and when he finished kissing her, she told him that he had to give her more than that! Then she told him that she didn't think she should stay and said she would stay if he wanted her to. So, Jake told her that it would be best if she left. She then got her stuff and complained that she wants to get married, wants to give her mom grandbabies. It was pretty weird and I'm sure when Jake watched last night, he was pretty dang happy he sent her packing!

I hate that this show has previews that they never actually put on the show. What is with a preview showing someone saying they are pregnant and then nothing on the show.

Of course, I'm sure it was completely taken out of context and was a what if question or playing out some future scenario of "Jake what would you say when we are married and I first tell you I'm pregnant" but it's still annoying.

They show this clip over on ew.com under Chris Harrison's blog. Nothing to it at all - she was just joking. And yes - it's bad enough that they tease us with these clips to mislead us, but then to not even put the teaser material in the show? It's ridiculous.

Look, it's a good premise for a show. Why do they need to manipulate things so much?

Good show last night. I made a comment on the other thread about how Jake is getting rid of all the interesting women and keeping the young'ins around. There is no way Jake is comfortable with a confident, sophisticated woman. He's keeping all the girls who don't have baggage.

Actually I find his prediction highly LIKELY. She's still there, she's the focus of everyone's attentions AND there is nothing wrong with her. She's not a liar, or a trouble maker. She's actually very sweet. We're seeing Ali turn into a crazy lady. So Jake *is* going to see the real picture eventually.

Steve's been right the last 3 times so I'm guessing his sources are legit.

All I have to say is I can't WAIT until Ali goes home. She's a freaking instigator and spends 99% of her day worried about Vienna.

If I were Jake at this point I'd be asking all the women why they are so damn worried about his relationship with Vienna more than their own relationship with him. All Ali and the rest of the girls do at this point is fret over Vienna and how they just "have to make Jake understand" how evil Vienna is. Why? The only thing they should be worried about is being the best THEY can be, the rest is up to Jake. Snarking about all the other girls gets them sent home QUICKLY with him...it's been proven more than once.

I don't think Jake and Vienna are going to last, more than likely they will not be "together" even by the time the "after the rose" ceremony comes along.

But if these girls were SMART they'd remember the saying "keep your friends close...your enemies closer".

She does leave...but according to Steve it "may be for "work" issues".
If she leaves though it's because she can't handle the fact that Jake likes Vienna more than her, period. She can say whatever she wants, but when it comes to "work" issues I'm guessing all of that should have been arranged BEFORE she left.

Just like Ashley last night "great...I'm going home and Vienna is still here...that's cool" (as she's in tears). Well...he just didn't feel any physical connection with you...too dang bad, it happens to even "the best of the best". SHEESH...get over yourself!

For one thing, because she is. Not "evil" but certainly not very nice. She's arrogant and entitled and selfish.

Jake was the the Ali of last season when it came to Wes. There was less eye rolling and he was nicer about it. But he made it his mission to make sure Jill knew Wes was not what she thought he was. The reasons are different, but the point is the same. Perhaps they assume that he can relate because he did it himself -- so they have no problem speaking up about this.

I like Ali and can understand her frustration at him continuing to keep Vienna around. Tenley is WAY too perky and Gia's laugh drives me up a wall. I can't see him long term with ANY of these women. But I guess we will see.

Agreed! She probably gets more confused/repulsed as time goes on and sees he really is into Vienna and loses respect for him.

I'm thinking RS is right on the ending but there is no way Jake and Vienna are together still.

I don't see him with any of them long term either. My DH said last night if he had to listen to Gia's laugh or Tenley's voice for more than 2 mins he'd have to dig knives into his ears.

I'm not a huge Vienna fan but I think she just plays hardball. She does bring a lot of it on herself. I just don't think the rest of the girls spending their days b**ching about Vienna really is flattering for them either. To me Ali is just the type of girl who is all about getting people to choose "sides". Very childish. If she really has an issue with Vienna why doesn't she ever address her one on one?...it's always attacking her in front of everyone to make sure she has her "posse" to back her up.

But...like I've said before...it's all about editing...we're only seeing the personalities of these girls based on what the editors want us to see. I'm sure if we met ANY of these girls in person we'd be pleasantly surprised to find that all of them are decent girls.
