I was sad the Bronx guys were last. I liked them and their sense of humor.

Yellow shirt and Vicky have GOT to go! YUCK!

I like the older couple and the girls from Salt Lake City.

What was with the girl wrestler? Geez!

It seems they have a lot of high strung people on this year. That Jonathan (yellow shirt) guy was driving me nuts with all his yelling and the wrestling couple was unbelievable too. I can't believe how some of these couples treat each other. I'm not sure who I want to win yet (too early in the season), but the father/daughter teams seems very likable.
I have to say one thing though, the two hours flew by, so I think it will be a good season.

**I can't believe there isn't going to be an on-line league this go around. Oh, well

So far I really like the Mormon sisters the best. I also kind of like the actors who came in first.

They were totally shocked. Too bad, they would have been fun to watch. I think they need to have a twist and mix up the pairs. "Lady" (I use that term loosely) Wrestler pairs with Johnathan (yellow shirt guy). LOL-she would kill him after 5 minutes.

Why is it that couples go on this show to "see if this relationship will work"? Give me a break!

I cannot cheer for models/actors/dating pretty people. They all blend together.

Gee, I wonder where they got the idea to go to Iceland? Maybe it was ME! I wrote I wanted to go to Iceland on my application form when applying for AR5.

The teams are very savvy...borrowing cell phones to check on the times for the flights taking into account the WEATHER! Gus trying to make alliances. Gus telling his *alliance*, the yellow shirt needs to go.

Laughing with the older couple when they were asking for directions and the people they encountered appeared to be inebriated.

The ice wall was easier than I anticipated with everyone finishing rather quickly.

I like Lena and Kristy, Hayden and Aaron, Gus and Hera. Do not like Bolo and Lori, Jonathan and Victoria or Adam and Rebecca but they will make for good TV viewing.

BTW, you can vote online for the AR for the People's Choice Awards on the cbs website.

Jonathan seems to be this season's Colin. I would've strangled him with the tent, and left him to freeze!

I can't believe that there would ever be a person worse than Colin on this show. But there is. Jonathan is HORRIBLE. And any time she gives him the same type of attitude he gets all whiney and defensive. bleh! Ugh! bleh!'

I like the older couple and the father and daughter team. I also like the people who were in first place. They had a very possitive attitude.

Jonathan owns a day spa and is a writer/director. His wife is a playboy playmate. He's rich, she's naked. It all makes sense now.

Have to admit DS and I were sad to see "The 2 Jews from New York in Iceland" leave tonight. They brought a unique quirk to the show.

Ok... the Playmate and the Spa/owner GOTTA GO!!! She is way to tolerant of his obnoxious behavior. So you think that maybe the Playmate and Bolo the wrestler could team up... and send the Lady Wrestler and above mentioned obnoxious spa owner HOME quick!

I am not ready to name a favorite yet, many interesting possiblilities

DS and I LOVE this show... it is a travelog, adventure,sit-com, drama, reality show.

Too bad the "NY Jews in Iceland" were last. They would have surely added a lot of COMEDY to the show.

How funny to see "Captain underpants" wash in the FRESH SNOW? C'mon ... we didn't NEED to see that! UGH!

Bolo and "frozen implants" better learn to read their own map. They will NEVER make it to the end by FOLLOWING! SHe is just too much!

Aaron and Hayden did very well. I like them. They could go far but my pick is the sisters from UTAH. Lena and Kristy.

I don't have a favorite to root for yet, but count me among the anti-Jonathan crowd. He makes Colin from last year seem calm and together. From the start, when he kept jogging in place before Phil yelled "GO", I said to Lauri "oh, this clown in the yellow has to get eliminated early." He seriously needs to trade the caffeine for anger management classes.

Since so many teams are models/actors/"beautiful people"/whatnot, I was afraid some of them wouldn't stand out, but thankfully they do a little. "Hellboy" seemed cool until the incident with the diesel, and the wrestlers started getting on our nerves. If Bolo turns Jonathan into an accordion, he'll redeem himself in my book.

DH said that Jonathan had surpassed even the evil Will from AR2 last night I agree, although Will was more nefarious where Jonathan is just obnoxious.

Bolo and his wife are just scary the way that they talk to each other.

I like the dad/daughter team, but dad needs to keep his shirt on and his pants pulled up. We saw WAY more of him that we needed to last night
