I don't smoke either but when we were at Pop in February, I remember walking by the pool bar and the poolside tables many times and seeing people smoking.

Is there still a problem with parking at the Pop. Will be there in 4 days and was wondering.

can coffeemakers be requested in the rooms at POP? I know its been asked before,,but i forget. We'll be there next Thursday,,yahooey! Even had a dream about it last night....LOL

DisneyMin,
Hey!!!! we arrive next Thursday:bounce: :bounce:
Should arrive between noon and 1:00.
Can't wait to see the POP.

Here's the deal on Parking... There are plenty of spaces in the 50/60s area. However, some spaces are closer than others. This means that some spaces are further away than others. Just like at the mall, not all the spaces are right up close to the entrance of the mall.

The walking distance from the further spaces is about on par with the theme park parking lots, if you park at the end of the row and walk to the tram. (give or take)

As for coffee makers, Value resorts do not offer this amenity.

Is there a fee for the luggage assistance that Tyler mentioned?

Only 6 days left 'til Pop Century!!:Pinkbounc

Has anyone heard if there will be special activities at POP for easter? arts and crafts, etc.?:wave2: :wave2:

i was wondering if someone could suggest where i should request a room if-

looking for building closest to bus or pool.

any suggestions would greatly appreciated.

TIA

We''ll be there the same time you are. June 10-18. Maybe we'll run into you. It just can't get here fast enough!

Forgive me if these questions has been asked, but are the laundry rooms located at the pools only? I know at the All Stars the laundry rooms seemed to be crowded all the time, is this true at POP as well?

Yes, they are, but I used the machines in Feb. and there was only 2 other people using the machines. I believe there were 6 washers and 10 dryers, not sure though, but the dryer does a LOUSY job and I had a small load.:o

This is my first stay on a disney propery. I am not sure if anyone has already asked this....

I have a reservation for the Pop Centuy in Dec (8 nights) with a perferred room. Does anyone have any tips about which floor and what building to request? Also, how far in advance can you request a late check out.

Thanks

:bounce: Almost time to leave! I am mostly packed and ready!

We are thinking of eating in Pepper Market one night after the park we are in closes for the day. If we eat there, at say 10PM ...how do we get back to POP using the Disney buses?

I am having nightmares of being stranded somewhere with no buses running.

From what I know there are no buses that run form resort to resort and if the parks are closed can you still get a bus to them to then get a resort bus?

I think you'd probably have to take a bus to Downtown Disney and then back to PC from there. But a taxi might be a relatively cheap and faster option!

At 10:00 at night, there's probably not going to be anyone else on the bus headed back to Downtown Disney. As such, I'd ask the driver if he or she would be kind enough to drop you off at Pop Century on thier way back to DTD. I know when I was a driver, I did that all the time. It's not always possible due to time restraints (if the driver is on his or her last run, they might be on a time crunch), but it's sometimes possible.

But Tyler, we have already established that you are an exceptionally nice guy :)

and a superior CM...
