Is anyone going in June having groceries delivered? All I am really wanting is a case of water and Diet Coke. I plan on bringing snacks in our luggage. Any suggestions?

Arriving June 3- 10th

Try gardengrocery.com. That's where i'm getting my groceries delivered from, but i'm getting more than just water.

If you have a membership to costco they'll deliver it to your hotel. If not, you can ship a case of water from home yourself to your hotel.

Anyone else plan on doing SWW at DHS? We're gonna go on the last Friday, june 10th. My kids want to do JTA so we'll hit that first and send someone over to get FP for ST2. I'm a little nervouse about the crowd that day, of course DHS is a park to avoid but my son loves Star Wars so I figured we should do it once. Hopefully the force will be with us, we have Park hoppers so if it's insane we may go to EPCOT in the evening.

We are planning on checking it out on our last day the 12th. I was planning on going the 10th as well but I think we are going to sleep in and go to Epcot instead. My DH really wants to check it out as he is a huge Star Wars fan. We are going to HS another day for rides so we can plan on just checking out the SW stuff on the 12th :goodvibes

I was plugging along getting all kinds of things done and then my grandfather unexpectedly passed away last week. This threw my whole family off. He wasn't young (everyone must think this matters because they keep saying, "At least he lived a long life"), but it was still not expected. In any case, I think I have fallen behind a little with things. I am taking a day off of work soon just to recoup and get myself back into the hang of things. We went out of town and then came back and there are mounds of laundry everywhere. I just need to get some thing accomplished. I need to finish the kids autograph book, but need more plastic pages. I also really need to get the countdown calendar up and going. Then I need to pack some things that we only use for Disney. I have to get in gear.

I'm sorry.

Puhlease tell me these arent actually packed already!!! I have piles of things around the house and clothes that I wont let DD wear  but I am not anywhere near ready to pack them!!!! lol

Me too :scared1: ahhhhhhhhh
Back to the packing list.... after survivor we are getting into serious packing list prep and gathering what we have so I can inventory the *pile*:laughing:

Yesterday my dh (who has let me do all the planning) said "we leave in like a month for Disney. We should start getting ready." :lmao:

:hug:So sorry for your loss. Young or old if it's unexpected it can make things just that much harder. I'll be thinking of you and your family.

If you have a costco card, their water is $6.99 and that includes shipping.

How do you ship it to your hotel?

I am getting so excited!! I cant believe how fast May is flying by!!

Anjalee, I am so sorry for your loss. Nothing can make a loss easier. But, everyday gets a bit easier and... distractions are helpful (they dont get rid of the pain, but they remind you to keep going).

Yesterday my mom (queen of the catalog shoppers (she doesn't have a computer!)) called to tell me she ordered my kids their own suitcases with their names on them (Lillian Vernon, I think, or one of the places that personalizes everything). They are going to be thrilled! My daughter has been asking for her own suitcase. I guess Granny heard! I just hope they don't mess up her name... it is Chinese and tends to freak people out. :)

So funny! I know my husband has no clue how much work goes into things! He thinks everything just magically falls into place (of course he also believes the laundry fairy miraculously deposits clean socks in his drawer) :)

We're going the 12th. Just want to see what it's like. Don't expect to be able to do anything but we're going back to DHS later in the week. We got all 6 movies from netflix to refresh our memories about who all the charicters are.

I have taken this as my opportunity to print out my 32 page Word document that is my Disney research. I will give it to him tonight!

No laundry fairy, who does the laundry then? But, but my socks always come back to the drawer. It's magic. :wizard: Also have you tryed onenote ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/onenote/ )for planning.

I have breakfast reservations for CM for 11:05 on our MK day. I planned on being at MK at rope drop, leave the park for CM around 10:45 (I was told it was a quick walk to the Contemporary) and then head back to BWI for a few hours before returning to the park for the evening. I have had a lot of people tell me that it is a horrible time for ADR (it was the only time I could get) and I should look within the park instead. I can have lunch ADR for CP at 11:35 instead. It is in the park and supposedly a better time. I was pretty excited about the CM ADR, but I am now wondering if I should change it. I don't think my kids will like the pooh characters as much as the fab 5, but I am wondering if I am still better off switching. Is the food/atmospehere any better at one over the other. Any suggestions???:confused3

My kids asked me once how the house gets clean after they go to bed, I told them it's the cleaning fairy. I started noticing big messes after that and had to tell them it's me and to pick their junk up or it gets thrown away. ;)

It's fine. You have a couple of hours in the park and then go and eat. If your kids like Mickey better then I'd say to keep that ADR.
