The $10/day weekend rate with Alamo

Has anyone received the email in the last few months with the $10/day weekend rate? For some reason I never get that one but always manage to find that someone has posted a link to it here on the boards. I'm hoping to score that one for my August trip....I only want a car for 3 or 4 days at the most and right now the one have have booked will run about $125 with discounts.

I haven't gotten the $10 one for awhile. I did get one yesterday that was pretty good. If you're an Alamo Insider you get $25 off a weekend 3 day rental. I was able to book for Fri morning to Mon night for $65 total, all taxes/fees included.

I am an Alamo Insider....I've had a few of the ones with the $25 coupon and have booked a Saturday to Tuesday.

What dates did you book at that price? I would be very happy with that price....also, where are you picking up the car? I want to pick up at the BV Palace as it's super easy to get to.
