It breaks my heart when Collins (Jesse L. Martin) starts crying, and when Mark (Anthony Rapp) and Roger (Adam Pascal) are fighting. I bawl everytime I watch it.

Ditto. Well, not really ditto because I never knew my dad but the same thing can be held true for anyone really. I just ball everytime I watch it or even think about it - especially when she says "I know you wouldn't want me to cry. You never liked it when I was sad."

All of the scenes during Angel's funeral are so sad. The end of RENT is sad too. The alternate ending is probably sadder than the original.

The parts that really get me during Angel's funeral is when they show Mark and Roger sitting in the pew, and Roger is crying. Whenever I see Adam Pascal cry, I cry - it's heartbreaking when that man cries!

Also, when they're singing I'll Cover You (Reprise), and they sing the last 'seasons of', Mimi is crying, then looks at Roger, then looks up, and OMG I lose it everytime.

i totally agree, and all the life support people are there, everyone is practically in tears. Goodbye Love is really sad too. And the eulogys
"I'm more of a man than you'll ever be and more of a woman than you'll ever get" I think Mimi's eulogy for Angel is sadder than Mark. And at the end when Roger is singing Mimi his song about her and she dies. The first time I saw it I was watching it with my best friend, she had already seen it a few times, and when Mimi died I was practically in tears. my friend started laughing at me when Mimi came back to life. Cuz I went to "OMG! She died!" to "OMG! She's alive! Her hand moved! She came back to life!" And when they show the clip of Angel at the very end of Mark's movie. In the alternate ending it shows less of Mark's movie and they're on the stage again. All 8 spotlights are coming down and they're all in their original positions, except Angel. Then Angel walks in, briefly grabs Collins' hand then takes his position and helps finish the song, that made me cry. See it here:
