We were just there in July and the crowds were bad but very manageable. Would Thanksgiving weekend Fri-Tues be alot worse than summer or about the same?

<font color=navy>If you're talking about going on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, then I would say that the crowds would be much worse. That is one of the busiest days for Disneyland.

I went there a couple of years ago on that day, and I literally had to wind my way through the crowd no matter where I went. The lines for all the attractions were extremely long, too. I would not recommend going to DL on that weekend, unless you had no other choice, in which I would recommend going early, using your fastpass, and go back to your hotel for midday and relax, then go back in the evening. It will still be crowded, but you'll be refreshed.

Thanks so much for the info. We actually wouldn't fly in until Friday morning and then stay through Tuesday, so I am hoping that the crowds will start to drop off by Sunday afternoon. Wishfull thinking?????

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=navy>Sunday should still be pretty busy, with attendance dropping after the fireworks. Monday & Tuesday should be pretty light, and you should be able to walk on a lot of attractions. :)

I don't know about Thanksgiving crowd but I went to DL on the 4th of july. IT WAS PACKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every ride was packed even Pirates! The only rides we could do at 2pm was Innoventions and Great moments With Mr.Lincoln
