We are excited to return to Orlando this coming Thanksgiving, especially to go to WWoHP...we were there in June 2009 while it was being built.
We will be there for the entire week, Sat. Nov. 19-26. I'm gathering from what I've read here so far that Thanksgiving Day will be our best bet to avoid long lines at WWoHP, but what other days that week would be good? We will likely go at least twice to US/IoA.
We will not be buying an express pass or staying on site as we're using a timeshare, but I do have to use a scooter in the parks. On our last trip we were pleasantly surprised to find that we got to the front of the line for most rides...will this have any impact on getting into HP or waiting in lines? I get sore from extended standing, sitting and walking and getting on the rides gives me a nice break from sitting on that scooter all day. Would be nice not to have to sit for an hour to wait for an HP ride.
Universal's site does not post the hours for November...anyone have an idea how late they'd be open? Figuring it would be best to hit HP late in the day, esp. since navigating crowds with the scooter is a challenge to say the least!!!
Thanks! (And can you tell how excited I am for HP if I am thinking this far ahead?! Even more than the kids are!!!)
