Thanksgiving week questions

Ok, just booked a 3 night dcl cruise leaving the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I will be at WDW after the cruise 11/22 through 11/25.
I figured we would go to MVMCP only to find out it isn't going to be on our dates I have paid my air-cannot change w/o penalty....
Is anything going to be going on while there-like the CP in epcot...will the resorts be decked out for the holidays??
I can;t believe I didn't check out the dates before booking my trip-just assumed there would be parties after Thanksgiving!!!

Everything will be decked out for the holidays. The parks will be very busy these days as they are vacation days for almost everyone making it an easy time to get to Disney. I will be up there with you though. Plan for crowds and expect to get less done then during low seasons and you should be okay. The CP is going on during that time as well as the decorations being up at the parks and the hotels.

I am so excited for this trip-can't wait to see the holiday decorations but really bummed about MMCP!!!

The candlelight processional will be while you are there if there.
So is the Osborne lights at mgm
I'm looking forward to the christmas decorations!

Also, the osborn family lights are a must see at MGM! We'll be there too!
